For reports, is there a way to add ev roi to "tournament results" or "Tournament winning graph" on HM2? It looks like the $EV is incorrect

Also in the results graph, is there a way to show both redline and green line numbers? Currently I have to hover mouse over the green line to the exact place to see the number tooltip. It's not very responsive at all. The red line doesn't show any number. HM1 has all the info in one page where it includes the both lines and on the left panel I can toggle back and forth with redline roi and actual winnings. So my question is how can I get as much information like in HM1 using HM2.

One other problem I have is the auto rate icons. I changed the icons to Red, Green and Blue for the first 3 rules in the list. Why do they show up as the original icons rock, fish, whale on my live HUD. Is there a way to fix that? See screenshot below.

If the EV looks off, make sure you are importing summaries. It will only be factored for STT's.

The graph for tournaments will be converted to show this. I do not have an ETA on the changeover.

Make sure you are editing the right game/table type.

Yes the graph shows the red line but the "Tournament Results" report doesn't show the $EV. It is calculating incorrectly. I do have summaries import setup as well. Is there another stats that I can put in the Tournament Results page that shows the correct EV numbers?

If you think the $EV stats or graph line are off we need you to send us the HH and TS files for testing. Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

You will need to use the 'Show or hide the tournament summary' button to open the popup menu you are used to seeing in HM1 and then enable the [x] 'Show $EV adjusted' check box. If the information in the reports is incorrect then this will likely be incorrect as well so we will need you to send us sample hands as mentioned above.

When do you guys plan to release the required API so that MinusEV (from here: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/16...-tool-1017188/) can update his stop-loss program to work with HEM2?

The only thing holding me back from HEM2 and possibly going for PT4 is the fact that HEM2 isn't supported by ValueCheck, not by MinusEV's choice.

We do not have an ETA for the API.

1) Please close HM

2) Please open PGAdminIII

It is in the Start -> Postgres folder.

3) Enter your postgres password. The default password is typically postgrespass.

4) Open the databases.

5) Highlight your database.

6) Right click, click maintenance.

7) Run the vacuum and analyze and reindex functions.

Please try again.

ok, i understand the legal issue with microgaming anon HUD. HEM 2 isn't even importing my HH's from regular ring game tables. I have to import to HEM1, then export the HH's to import them to HEM 2. Not sure why this is. Any ideas? I tried searching for others with issues on the HEM forums but had no luck.

the issue with ipoker is that when I click copy a hand to get the HH, it gives a weird error. In HEM 1, you could right click, view HH, and the HH was displayed in a nice pretty HEM format. In HEM 2, the HH is displaying in an uncoverted XML format. I Pm'ed you with a copy of the format I am talking about.

Did you use the vacuum full option?
I think this is required to gain free space.

Which HM2 version are you using? Both should work with the latest 7932

Found a slight fix for the Ipoker HH problem. Still unsure about the microgaming issue.

Please send us some unedited handhistory files for both issues. You should find the files under c:\hm2archive. Please zip them and send them with link to this thread to hm2support.com.
I can't use the hand you pm'ed me for testing.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps.

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the table/desktop
- a hand history for the table
- a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the picture
- Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager.
- and a screenshot of the table created by running winspy - http://www.catch22.net/software/winspy-17
- how to use winspy - http://www.screencast.com/t/wLo1BcV7hc8v
- and your log.txt file with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F
- If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread and your forum name.

How long it takes to load the hands depends on your HDD/SSD speed, CPU performance, and number of hands in your database and active player selected in the reports. The log file from above should help us to see what is going on but if you have a slower system and a hero with millions of hands than 2 minutes is not out of the question.

It is not currently possible to filter for allin hands that did not go to show down but it is on our to-do list.

The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-6550: Add filter for all-in preflop bets that were either called or uncalled

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HM-6550 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

I could not reproduce this. I created 2 new databases this morning, imported hands, purged hands, then I ran HM2 Vac on one and PGAdmin Vac on the other and the size of the database info was reduced both times.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Does your \postgresql folder have full read/write permissions?

Use this FAQ as a guide of how to set folder permissions and make sure it is done for the \postgresql folders.
