Any help would be much appreciated.
Try closing HM, delete the prefs.xml file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder and restart HM, youll need to resetup your hud then unless you already had it backed up from when it was working.

Try closing HM and making the changes while its closed, also make sure UAC is disabled.

On the HUD where it lists the last 3 pots won with the people who won the pot and the pot size, why are some rows of names and pots size italized and some are not? Can you make it consistent? It is very annoying to my eyes.

I think the italics indicate shown down hands.

If your software appears to be licensed but every time you launch it you are required to re-enter your code and you you are using Vista then check to see if you have UAC enabled in Control Panel - Users. If it is enabled then please try turning it off.

If that does not appear to be the issue then after successfully launching Holdem Manager, close it down and look in your Holdem Manager folder for a file named holdemmanager.exe.ldat. Right click the file and go into properties and then make it hidden and read only. Then relaunch Holdem Manager and it should work without needing to be re-registered again.

I ran into this a few days ago playing on stars. I had to reposition the hud, but it's held stable since then.

Guys I need your help again.. Because my databases simply takes up to much space from my primary hard drive, do I find it necessary to move the databases to another hard drive. Is that possible?

I have a buddy list that is 3000 names deep. It would take forever to add each one individually to the scanner's buddy list. Is there an easier way??

I was thinking a mass import from a file, or if the scanner's buddy feature could automatically add players from your database who meet a criteria you set.

I just updated to the new version and I'm having the same problem as the last time I updated. It keeps asking for my validation code and I'm entering, but there is an error. Last time, Roy had to use TeamViwer to fix the problem. Is there any way I can rollback to the old version? I have a hands probet this month

You need to update to the latest version http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmUpdate.exe then create a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=146 and reimport your hands

I'm using the 'release' version of 1.08 and just found in the root of my drive a file named icm.txt containing 167 MB (seriously!) of SQL Update statements ...

Looks like a quick and dirty beta debug stayed in production.

Possible bug:

I have played the following hand:

***** Hand History for Game 27666818107 *****
$100.00 USD NL Texas Hold'em - Thursday, April 30, 09:46:00 ET 2009
Table Lalage (Real Money)
Seat 3 is the button
Seat 1: toomany7s ( $20.00 USD )
Seat 2: lucko17 ( $484.20 USD )
Seat 3: Burcak ( $164.45 USD )
Seat 4: Cocain81 ( $14.00 USD )
Seat 5: 87werdnA ( $116.50 USD )
Seat 6: BJLTNYK ( $201.20 USD )
Cocain81 posts small blind [$0.50 USD].
87werdnA posts big blind [$1.00 USD].
** Dealing down cards **
Dealt to Burcak [ Kc Ks ]
BJLTNYK folds
toomany7s raises [$3.00 USD]
lucko17 folds
Burcak raises [$10.00 USD]
Cocain81 raises [$13.50 USD]
87werdnA raises [$115.50 USD]
toomany7s folds
Burcak calls [$106.50 USD]
** Dealing Flop ** [ Jc, 7c, 6s ]
** Dealing Turn ** [ 4c ]
** Dealing River ** [ Kh ]
87werdnA shows [Qs, Qc ]
Burcak shows [Kc, Ks ]
Burcak wins $204.25 USD from main pot
Burcak wins $42.75 USD from main pot
Cocain81 doesn't show [Ad, Js ]

The hand in sessions shows me as being up 130$up from the hand. EV $ diff is -102$ while it should be way smaller (ie. like -35$ i guess).

I think it somehow screws up in the 3-way pot ev calculation.

I am sorry if this was already reported or fixed.
