I am getting the same bug with HM2; it also started yesterday. Only 1 of the 4 zoom tables I play has the last 3 hands shown. All hands on all 4 zoom tables appear to be showing up in the last 3 hands on the one table that shows the last 3 hands. Importing is working fine since all hands appear in the session report.

It could almost be a feature because I can open one hand history window off to the side and look for any hand on any table I'm playing

Purge any recent hands that were incorrectly imported - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ibbon%29#purge

Then manually import the missing hands from your archive - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Hand+Importing

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

We had hoped to be able to release it this week but it probably won't be released officially until next week now with the holiday weekend so close. We are trying to work out the remaining zoom bugs before we release it to all customers on our downloads page but pokerstars' daily updates/changes to the zoom tables and hand history formatting have made it difficult.

After downloading the update, my HEM2 is now saying it is a trial version with no time left?? And does not allow me to log in
When i have the full version (micro stakes one anyway).
Arghh~ Going backwards not forwards!

You will need to activate the software again. Click the Register button and enter your name/license.

Which stakes? I think this is a bug we will need to address with the developers tomorrow or this weekend that was caused by a recent/new stars update.

Worked perfectly, was able to log back into HEM2.

But, was unable to purge my cards when i tryed to. They simply never got purged...? Tried 3 times, every time i tried purging they never got purged.

Is there a way to see the total number of opponents in the database? In HEM I could see the total number of opponents on a certain site, but that seems to be impossible in HEM2.

I also quit playing at site A, purged all my hands in the database but the opponents still show up in the opponents tab. Is there a way to purge opponents and notes on them?

And is it possible to change the background color in HEM2? I mean, the green on grey doesnt work that well for me.

I have the same problem but I'm pretty sure I waited for the right time for the update to complete etc.. If I have to reinstall then reimport all hands this would be extremely annoying since I have so many hands etc + I just did this recently.. I have a pretty decent computer which is fast etc, my HEM is installed in a different drive to C because C is SSD and doesn't have enough space. Any other possible solutions? I tried just re-installing HEM (un-install, re-install but it isn't working).

Which purge Option did you use? Can you delete the hands via right click in a hands view?

Opponents -> Summaries should give you an overview.
If you no longer need the old hands its probably the best to create a new database.
Background color: i'm not sure where you have green/grey colors but you can change the theme from dark to default under Settings->General settings.

This update is run by postgresql so we have no control over the used spaced but i'm not aware of any way to tell postgresql to not use temporary space on C:

When I am on a rush table my hud doesn't display all the hands... some people are stuck on 0 , 3 or whatever amount of hands. When I review my session in the replayer everyone got their complete stats. Is this a known glitch? Iam using HEM1 btw

Which stakes is this for? We had some bugs on nl50 and nl200 that should now be fixed. The effects should be noticed immediately if your problems was on one of those stakes without even having to download a patch. You simply have to restart HM1 for the fix to take effect.

Make sure:

- preferred seat is set in HM1 HUD Options > Seating Preferences
- hero name is set under HUD Options > Set Hero Name
- prefetch off in HUD Options > Site Options
- stars hh folder is in autoimport and that autoimport is running
- try toggling the HUD Options > additional hud filters > filter by limites > [ ] include hands from other limits

Hi,

I bought HM2 few days ago and I seem to have problem with graph not displaying my All-in EV line correctly when filtering my HU Super-Turbo games.

ex. $3.5 HU Super Turbos



Any way to fix this?
(When I close and open HM2 again it seems to be showing results right but when Im in a session playing its always wrong)


Just a tought for the next update:
If possible it would be nice to have other stats displayed in the corner of the graph (number of games, winnings, ROI)

This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I don't have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-4237. We will often release builds on a limited basis, only in the forums for a few days first, so please check back in this forum http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/ for that ticket #.

This has been discussed in the past but not sure if we are planning to include this in the graph. For now you will need to click the Tourney Trophy icon above the hands window on the other reports.

Go to the Tournament Results report and click the Trophy Icon to open a separate popout Tournament Summary window. Then you can switch to the Tournament Winnings Graph while leaving that summary window open.

prima just had an update (specifically nordicbet) now the files are still importing from the site which leads me to believe its a problem with holdem Manager. Now the issue for me is that i am using HM1 and am wondering if an update for it will come out or if im SOL?

Hi.

I have a problem with the hand viewer. The problem happens when I open it and it lands on other tables, the table(s) image gets drawn on the hand viewer and I'm unable to view the HH.

Any idea how to fix this?

There is no easy way for me to do this with an official build like I can for a single bug fix. Once the build is officially released we will post it in this thread with a list of release notes.
