OK, I just upgraded to HM2 and while I am insanely impressed with all of the features & amazing arrays of stats, after putting in my 1st session I am very disappointed overall.

This is by far the most crucial error you could experience, it is so costly that I probably am going to have to switch back to HM1 if theres not a way to fix it.

OK, I will play on a table for lets say 150 hands, the table ends up breaking and we leave (or the same thing happens if we sit out, and new players sit in some of the seats). When we return to the table to play, the stats from before are still in place, showing players that aren't even at the table, and most importantly - not showing any stats at all on the new players. This is the equivalent to not having a hud at all, I will say it did not happen on all of my tables, but unfortunaetly it was happening on at least 50% of them (or more).

So basically the hud stats on table are not updating properly at all, they aren't changing when players leave the table, or when we leave a table and then rejoin the same table an hour later, it keeps the old information and is totally useless overall. If there is any way this can be fixed, please let me know asap, I would hate to have to go back to HM1 after paying & upgrading to hm2.

P.S. one other thing, the stats are "stickied" to the desktop, meaning they are shown thru the table, if you have any table overlap the stats are jumbled and displayed on both tables. Is there a way to turn this feature off? I would like the stats to appear on the tables, but not be plastered/stuck on my screen going over any window I happen to use in that section of the screen (I'm assuming this is a bug, but if its not, PLS fix this asap).

Internal release is out. It worked for me. No public release yet.

Did this happen after a reboot? You probably just need to start PostgreSQL in services.

This is done in the little white box that has game type to the left of filter - you can choose HE, OM, O8, etc.

Please duplicate this, and send screenshots of the HUD, your hud options additional hud filters, and the reports showing the corresponding players seated # for that player to support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this post.

HM1 is no longer sold, since HM2's release.

We are aware of the differences with DPI's. It is nearly impossible to know what everyone has for different settings on their computers. We do support typical settings, but cannot plan for every possible different setting someone can choose.

Open control panel

Go to network and Internet - internet options

Click connections

Click LAN Settings

Uncheck "Use a proxy server for your LAN"

click ok

If you use Firefox, click the options, go to options - advanced - connection settings.

Click no proxy.

Click OK

Please add holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncapps.exe, postgres.exe, pg_ctl.exe (in postgres\bin) and hmupdate.exe (available only during an update) to the list of exceptions in your firewall and antivirus.
Please make sure you are running and installing as an administrator.

Please make sure that you have allowed postgres and pg_ctl in your firewall and antivirus exceptions. They are in postgres\bin.

Please update windows fully. Please keep checking until it shows twice five minutes apart that there are no more updates.

Please update your network adapter. Open device manager and find the model #. Search google for the model # drivers to download.

Please send a screenshot and log file corresponding to this. We are tracking down why this is happening for certain players/sites and are not able to duplicate it.

For the hud, check your hud options - config - always on top setting.

Also, manually update your graphics driver.

Please make sure your graphics card driver is updated.
Right click My Computer, click properties, open Device Manager
Open Display Adapter
Google search for "your model # driver" and download for your operating system.

Is there a cold 4-bet stat in HEM2?

I have both PostgreSQL 8.4 and 9.1
Do I need both? they are 100gbs each so would like to get rid of one to free up space.

hem is not running smooth & im literally getting 25% less hands cause of it...

+ alot of the times the stats take wayyy too long to change for the players.. i played a hand a few minutes ago where the stats didnt show up until postflop when he raised me and i shoved thinkingh es an unknown fish but then stats came up as my $ went in showing hes a 10/8 nit/reg.... so yea these two problems i hope will be fixed soon

is the public build for 1.12.10 anywhere closer to release? not really too keen on using the internal builds coz i've heard the rush hud is a bit buggy etc.

I am trying to prefetch hands on pokerstars, I followed the steps from hem site but it still doesnt work. I should be able to have the hud pop up without having to sit down at the table right?

I would like this so i could open some tables and color code all players. Its hard to do while 12 tabling.

Thanks for the quick reply. Got it working now. Imported the few limit HE hands I played, but when I tried zoom (I've got the latest version of HEM1) the import screen said it was importing but I couldn't find any hands in reports or sessions with all the filters clear.

Do i need to go back to a earlier HM1 version to play MTT's on Stars if i want to use the HUD ?

Ive been updating all these Zoom patches for HM1 which seems to be the biggest waste of time ever .. or will these patches not effect normal MTT's when it comes to the HUD working ok ?

when i start auto import, i get this presager 'you need to place a cards0.png in holdem manager folder'

what does this mean?
