I'm having problems with HM2 atm. Every time I spectate a table, no HUD or anything shows up, only when I play at the table does the HUD load. Previously I didn't have this issue, does anyone know if this can be rectified?

hi since updating my HEM1 with this link my holdem manager does not load up it just stays on the loading screen please help

To get all your missed hands imported

1) Right-Click your Desktop > New > Folder.
2) Go to your \HMArchive folder - To verify the path, go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: _________.
3) Open that folder and copy the hands (folders of hands) you think it has missed. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31). Also get any hand files that are in your \poker site\hand history folder.

If you continue to have problems, try the following -

*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.

Hey there, I foolishy bought HM2 but I only owns macs, (:facepalm:, Mactard, yeah yeah I know) is there any way I can get a refund, I only bought it yesterday, or is there anyway I can change the account so at least my friend can have it off me?

thanks, this finally worked for me. its tracking all hands, hud is working properly. at first I thought it wasn't tracking all hands, but then I realize to have it track all hands I had to sit out and wait a minute for the hands to finish playing out before I can close the table. if you leave before that it doesnt show up.

What do I have to use for Poker Stars.it ?
HM1 or HM2 ?

HM1 Won't import any hands for me when I'm playing.
Updated HM2 and made if import the files from PS.it. It read : Files Imported 1.
Hands Imported 0 (same for HM1)

Hm1 - 1.12.09
Hm2 - v 2.0.0.6556

You need to request and import any/all your tournament histories and import those to HM. Stars did not write the tourney summaries to your hard drive in the past, like FTP did. They recently added this feature, so please enable the option in the PokerStars client and add the folder to your Auto Import Folder Configuration.

We have not created a WC Rake stat yet (and not sure if we will for HM1, as we plan to do a widget for it in HM2) but the 'New Stars VPP' and Rake stat have been updated to the new stars rake/vpp methods in the latest zoom build. You will need to purge/reimport all the hands for this year or start a new database to recalculate the stats with the new method.

The HUD will pre-fetch 3 observed hands to aid in table selection. It sounds like you may have somehow removed your pre-fetch folder from the auto-import list.

hand importing > auto import folders > C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HEM Data\Hands

Clicking the auto-detect button should bring it back automatically.

The update runs a database update which may need more than 10 minutes if your database is large or your computer slow. Just let it run overnight and make sure to have enough free space on your HDD.

If you can't get past that error you may need to create a new database and import your original hands to rebuild your database.

Manually run the \rvg software\holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe > connect > create new database

*Now import your \HMArchive - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

Yes, the archive is organized by \yyyy\month\day so it should be easy to try and reimport the past months hands. If you have any problems/discrepancies importing them to your existing database you will want to try creating a new database as explained in those FAQ links.

To run it on a MAC you would need to install Windows via VirtualBox, Parallels, Bootcamp, etc, and play your poker within Windows. We have a 30 day refund policy so there wont be any issue giving you a refund but we do not allow the sharing of codes. Please email your details/questions to sales@holdemmanager.com

Thank you for letting us know it solved your problems. The problem you mention is a limitation of the stars zoom software. I don't recall if Rush tables behaved the same way but for now you should just make sure that when you sit out you wait for 5 - 10 minutes before closing the table.

If you think you missed any hands by closing the tables too son in the past you can email stars support via the "requests" menu but they will only send you 200 hands via the automated system.

It wouldn't exactly be sharing, I would just give him the code, I wouldn't use it for any of my accounts, he would use it on his own, is that ok?

If you have problems please read all the steps in the first post and post any details in that thread

HM2 - The issue at ps.it is that Auto Detect in Site Time Adjustment is off. You need to manually edit it to be 7 instead of 6. Hand Importing > site time adjustments.

Ahh, yes. Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both is in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

Please try all of these steps, if you haven't already:

Setting Up Stars for Zoom Tables

NB: There might be an issue with XP users where all the stats show as -/-/-/-/-/-/ and were looking into this.
Please create a new database before trying this version as there is still some internal testing going on and still some features that need to be added.

First download this version

Then save this ZoomTables.xml file http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/ZoomTables.xml with the file in C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder and choose overwrite when asked. (This is a temp update)

If you have UAC turned on you must set stars to run as admin otherwise the zoom hud will not work. If you have UAC off you dont need to configure anything, everything should work fine out of the box.

To do this please close HM2 and Poker Stars.
1) Go to C:\Program Files\PokerStars (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)

2) Right click the PokerStars.exe and choose “Properties”.

3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select “Run this program as an Administrator”.
If this option is greyed out it is because the UAC is disabled and you basically running as admin so no need to change anything.

4) Please repeat steps 1-3 for PokerStarsUpdate.exe and also for holdemmanager.exe in C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version) although holdemmanager.exe should be already set to run as admin by default.

Troubleshooting

If stars wont run after ticking run as admin
If stars wont run after ticking run as admin you need to also tick run as admin for PokerStarsUpdate.exe

If you continue to have problems, try the following -

If your HUD is lagging behind or not showing
NB: In the rare case of your hud is lagging behind or not showing then in almost every case its because you haven't set PokerStars.exe and PokerStarspdate.exe and holdemmanager.exe to run as admin as explained above.

If it still wont work Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the importing\hem data folder.

Please Zip these folders and email them, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

He may have problems later if it is in your name/email address but this isn't really my area of expertise. Please email your details/questions to sales@holdemmanager.com and they will tell you the best way to handle the situation.

HUD works but hands arent importing to HEM, theres no graph, and i cant see any hands that ive played.

These are not available currently but I wrote up the request in our system.
