We still make critical updates for HM1 (parsing, HUD, etc) so this should fall within that realm.

To help us add support for this new client we will need some assistance from you to send us the necessary files.

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/gen...screenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder.

Please Zip these folders/pics and email them, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.
Im not sure I understand how to do all that stuff ?

1-3 sounds simple, but what do you mean by 4 ?

I apologize for the confusion. The 'Overall' report was apparently removed the Tournament Reports some time ago so it only exists currently under Reports > Cash. It was causing confusion with some of our tourney customers when it was one of the Default pre-loaded Reports.

I have wrote a new feature request ticket to add it back in to the reports list as a non-default report. The # assigned to this request is #4049.

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When 4049 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

Thank you for the screen shot. It helped me to be able to test this better once I was clear about the problems you were experiencing.

I am still testing this and have asked for some clarification from the developers before I post my complete detailed reply. It appears to be controlled by the number of bb's won/lost, or total pot size in bb's, but I need some clarification before I can give a more detailed/accurate answer.

Hi Fozzy/HEM ppls,

I have worked out the reason my hands are not importing correctly.....it’s very simple, not surprisingly.

My auto imported hands from Stars come with.......

PokerStars Game #00000000001: Omaha Pot Limit ($10M/$20M USD) - 3011/12/31 0:06:02 WET [3011/12/30 19:06:02 ET]
......
...

But the hands sent via email or attachment have........(The files that don’t import correctly)

PokerStars Hand #00000000001: Omaha Pot Limit ($10M/$20M USD) - 3011/12/31 0:06:02 WET [3011/12/30 19:06:02 ET]
......
...

So when I change the ‘Hand’ to ‘Game’ on my old HHs, they import perfectly.

The only problem with this is that I now have thousands of hands that need this word changing within the file so I can simply import them.....unless you guys know or a sneaky way of doing this???

Cheers

I got your email. Thank you for noticing what I should have noticed.

They changed this recently and we updated the software to deal with the change in the files written by the poker client but it looks like we need our parsing programmer to make the same update for the files sent by stars support.

I will email you after I write the bug with the bug number so you will know when we fix it.

We need a screen shot of those folders, and a copy of the files in those folders (if any), so we can get the HM1 HUD working on a table/site that it doesnt work on currently.

Here are some screen shots of my folders (empty because I am not playing currently).

Is this being fixed or what? or do you still need a random two+two guy to help you out fixing the problem?

All Danish players have problems with tha changed HandHistory, before it said;

PokerStars Game #73032098417: Hold'em No Limit ($0.05/$0.10 USD) - 2011/12/30 16:56:18 ET

now it is saying;

PokerStars Hand #73032098417: Hold'em No Limit ($0.05/$0.10 USD) - 2011/12/30 16:56:18 ET

So the "Game #" has been changed to "Hand #"

This is usually caused by the custom stat "WC Rake", i don't see it in your report so i guess in your case its the "New stars vpp..." stat. Remove it from the report and try again.

A suggestion RE: the WINNINGS SUMMARY REPORT

Ongame has 3max tables. At present you only have Hu, 6m and FR. Could you add in a 3max option aswell?

Thanks

I am still testing this and have asked for some clarification from the developers before I post my complete detailed reply. It appears to be controlled by the number of bb's won/lost, or total pot size in bb's, but I need some clarification before I can give a more detailed/accurate answer.
The hands should be colored if you won/lost 5bb's. I did a bit of testing in one of my test databases and that was indeed the behavior I experienced.

This hand appears to be over that limit so it is a bug specific to this hand. To resolve the problem for this particular hand we will need you to send us the original hand history as written by the poker client so we can test it thoroughly and write a ticket for the developers to fix it.

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

FIX FOR HM1!
I am sorry for the confusion. We made the fix already to our internal version for the hands that are written by the poker clients but this fix did not resolve the problem for hands emailed from their support.

We are working on a fix for the hands sent via email and hope to have a new release available soon, but I cant give an ETA yet as we are short-handed for the holidays.

Hi Fozzy,

I originally purchased HM1 a while back then upgraded to HM1/OM1 - if I wanted to upgrade to just HM2 would this count towards the discount? Or would it only count towards HM2/OM2?

Cheers,

I am going to be playing almost exclusively SNGs and MTTs this year and I am looking for honest unbiased opinions on if i should purchase HEM2 or wait for PT4. I currently use HM1 trial which i prefer over the PT3 v3.11 trial, the one thing i hate though is that it cannot track my re-buys without me manually doing it, is this solved with HEM2?. Unfortunately i cannot get the trial of it because i downloaded it before and never really tried it and the 30 days ran out . Any opinions from people using this primarily for SNG and MTTs would be appreciated, thanks.

Hey, on microgaming these are those anonymous tables, does HEM (either version) have a feature to display stats from current table only automatically and not having to double click each stat box on each table separately? Then when I close that table and open same table again in say 10 minutes then it would start stats from zero again.

So I bit the bullet and updated to OM2. It's not automatically importing all of my aliases. Did you all set a max on there or something?

A few other thoughts:

- Could you add an option to disable the lights all together? When doing group HH reviews it's tough to get unbiased options and debate when the results are already spoiled via a green/red light. This should be a small code change and would give the HM2 replayer something that no other replayer has (and is the reason I has always used the HM1 replayer).

- Add an option to mark ANY hand won/lost by Hero. Especially in tournaments, small hands that may have not seen a flop are still valuable to look at.

Bigger picture:

- If you had asked me a year ago what one feature would make HM2 a must buy for a tournament player would be some type of integrated feature to pull results from Sharkscope/OPR/(or whatever partner you could work with) to sync HM2 results as closely to public finish results as possible. We already know not all sites publish tournament information to the HH file, so working with a public results database would mean that HM2 itself could provide accurate graphs. I'm sure there is some algorithm that could be conceived to do this. Maybe this is the scope of a paid plug-in that could be created.

I am not sure exactly how this works if upgrading to a lesser version. It may depend on how your original purchase transactions occurred.

I cant find a store account under the email you registered that forum name with on our site to verify your discount amount or transaction history.

I would suggest you go ahead and give it a try by following the upgrade FAQ: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...dUpgradePolicy

If you have any questions about the specifics of the discount it shows, please email your details/questions to sales@holdemmanager.com and they can assist you better than I can.

I can't/won't answer that question for obvious reasons.

You could try posting a new thread in one of the tourney forums but not sure if it is allowed so it may get locked.

If that #1479 issue isnt resolved before your 30 days is up just send us an email and we can extend the trial code if needed.
