We had it working but its extremely buggy so not releasable, stars dont like apps accessing the chat as thats what alot of bots use so it causes alot of problems, giving that we dont have an ETA but we do hope to eventually implement it

Depends on the site, on stars go to Requests > Tournament Hand History and theyll email them, then copy and paste the summaries then save the file and import it

Does it recognize the Euro Tables on Ladbrokes (Microgaming)?

It does recognise them but imports them as $ however were currently working on multicurrency support so youll be able to reimport the hands and it will adjust appropiately

is it possible to filter Hero's stats to show only the current session? i get all the hands i've ever played on the specific table i'm sitting at.

i have beta 3 also and have UAC disabled
what else can it be? to be perfectly clear when i open hem i go to toruney tabs DE-CLICK the rakeback and all in ev checkboxes on the graph tab, then close hem. I open it again and the checkboxes are clicked again and the graph is showing the all in ev and rakeback graph AGAIN as a default

how can i fix this, is literally driving me nuts

A friend of mine has a problem with Vista, he can't run HM, I post some screenshot to help you to find out where the problem is.

Hello, have a bit of a noob question here, how do i get my HEM HUD to display abbreviations eg VPIP PFR 3B etc, i tick the abbrev. box in the HUD setup section, and write in the abbrev. that i want in the box at the bottom but it does not work,any help appreciated.ty

I happily use HEM with betfairpoker. I now have pokerstars. How do I get it to track that instead, I have tried getting it to take hands from my pokerstars folder but it doesn't work.

I have a problem with the HUD on deep stack cash table on FTP.
My table is listed and check marked in Table Manager, but no HUD stats
are displayed. The HUD works fine on everything else on FTP including
the regular cash tables, both 6 max and full ring, and sit and gos and
tournaments.

Wait a minute.....now it doesn't work on the regular tables either....even
though HEM is importing hand histories.

I did a download of some microsoft updates to windows xp.
Maybe that is part of the problem. I will reboot and get back to you.

OK....I rebooted and it seems to work fine on the regular tables. I haven't tested
deep stack but i guess it works there too. Probably something to do with the
xp updates not properly installed prior to the reboot.

Ah ok i was checking the cash graph, it does occur with the tourney graph and ive reported the bug for you

Yes, double click on the note icon and it will show the session stats, double click again and youll get the full stats

I play strictly DON's & am wondering how to have my hud set up - should I have number of hands 1st - then VPIP or other way round?

What are donk stats - ie VPIP% over how many hands?
& what stats should I/shouldnt I be shoving light into when near bubble or on the bubble.

Anyone know of a way to get a villian's starting hands real-time from HEM. Is there a 3rd party tool or anyway to extract this. The Active Player Window only can pull it for 3bet and 4bet.

I go t problem importing my hands from pokerstars, I ilnstall HM 1.08.04 2 weeks ago, and when i try to import is shows import errors for every single hand...I was lookin' for answers on forums try to fix like some similar problems but nothing works.. You may need to update to the latest beta build (1.09 beta 3 or 4 IIRC) from the HEM forums. I am still using 1.08.04 (and was playing last night) but I have not allowed my pokerstars client to update in a few weeks. You may have gotten a stars update, which I have yet to get, that is causing problems for 1.08.04.

In recent days I stay at the office longer than usual. Have been playing poker with my work laptop, I don't have HEM installed on my laptop. I know I can register up to 2 computers. Just go to the HEM site and install it right? Simple?

Once I install HEM on my laptop how do I transfer my whole database from my home PC to my laptop? Once I start playing from both my office and home, how do I keep both databases up to date?

Lastly, my home PC C-Drive is all full. I look in the program files and see the it's all from the postgreSQL file. I have an external terabyte drive that I'd like to use just for poker. How can I have everything saved on the terabyte external so it frees up my C-drive? Also I can just bring the terabyte external from office to home and update hands from there???
