Is that patch out yet or is the only solution to undo the update?

I looked through a few threads on the HEM forum and couldnt find anything...just upgraded to 1.08.04

Ive fixed the problem,

Go to table manager > Table finder and attach the table youre playing on yourself with the red enveloppe. Works for me!

i can't access my PostgreSQL database through pgadmin. i had forgotten my passwords and tried something and completely messed it up. is there any way to make a raw backup up (as in copy/paste) of the databases?

Yes its possible to have a higher 3bet% than PFR but youll only see it over a small sample. Heres a list of stats abbreviations but some of the newer stats arent on it but well be updating that soon

paste that code in it and then save it as customstats.txt and then restart HM and youll see the stats showing up under the custom stats section

I have a HUD problem while playing at Betfair:

The stats are blinking like crazy. I've tried changing all the table settings in the HUD configuration, but nothing seemed to help.

Try updating your grpahics cards and if that dosent fix it move the tranparency sliders completely to the right, youll need to do this for each of your layouts (well any you use on betfair) in Hud Options > Player Preferences > Appearances Sub Tab

Unfortunately this didn't help. I am running Holdem Manager and Betfair in VMWare Fusion on a Mac. I've never had a problem with blinking stats on another poker site. I guess I'll just have to play somewhere else...

I posted this in the beginner's thread originally because I'd never scrolled down far enough to see the "software" thread. So maybe I can get an answer here.


How exactly do I record the results of the Matrix style tournaments in hold'em manager. I just played my first one and won overall in a $6+0.50 and it recorded 4 $1.20 buy-in tournaments, but no bonus for the first place finish overall. Is there any way to edit the tournaments for this style of tourney?

Will HEM support live tracking at Party without FreePHG?

This is definetely a betfair issue as ive seen it alot, almost always updating or trying alternative drivers fixes the problem

You need to request the tournament summary, copy and paste it into notepad, save it and import it and it should update correctly

Mike mentioned its not high priority at the moment however well probably get to it as some stage when hes more time

Whats the average on importing hands per second? I'm at only about 10 hands per second. Weak PC? What do you suggest?

Also, I have seen a few poker videos where people have a LONG HUGE list on the there pop up display. I'd like that, but went into options and played around with the pop up configuration tab but my pop up display hasn't changed. The video I saw had all the stats on the pop up, from cbetting to cr%, steal etc... it was all there on the pop up.

I got an issue with my HM.

I have had few issues with my computer, running a chkdsk, with registry problems, these seem to be resolved but since my issues I have a Holdem manager issue.

My issue was that my HUD wasn't working, so I followed some instructions on the HM website and found that the problem is most likely that the database is corrupted as hands werent importing into it, and by testing a new database hands were importing into it.

Thats ok, what the hm website doesnt tell me is what my best course of action is, can i repair the broken database? or do i need to start a new databas to use, can i get the info from the broken database into the fresh new one? Do i export the hands from the broken one? Help needed please, I havent been able to resolve this with my own research.

Export the hands from the old db, import them to the new DB, and make sure everything is working fine with the new DB and HUD..

Later you can delete/drop the old DB thru PG admin, and then I would do maintenance on the new DB with a vacuum/analyze. Then you should probably defrag your hard-drive after removing all your old data. I would suggest you stop your postgresql server before defragging. After all of that, a reboot would be prudent.

Ok, tried that and after about 30 seconds of the export a box comes up saying "Error readfing data. ERROR. XX001. could not read block 0 of relation 1663/17117/17150. read only 0 of 8192 bytes.

It then gives the option of pressing ok, so i do that and the same box pops up instantly, so it gets stuck at that point. Any other ideas of what I can do. Will 'fix indexes' do anything. What about if I go into postgres and remove the file its referring to with the issues.

Probably not possible to fix the old DB. If it is, I would have no clue how to.

You can import your processed HH files from the HEM archive folder to your new DB and rebuild it that way. You can also request all your HHs from your site and import those, to make sure you have all your old hands.

FWIW - This is why I export my hands frequently and keep a daily backup sync'd copy of my archived/processed HHs as well as my exported HHs.

Maybe I am missing something, but I cant see how to find stats by position like I could with Poker tracker. Like profit/loss from the button or big blind etc.

I need an in-depth guide that explains what the most important stats of HM means, like for example what number is a high aggression factor etc.
Anybody got a link or so?
