Have you read thru all of the Articles in the HEM Menu? I know I sure haven't. I would assume you can learn the answer to that and more in those articles. I only read the first 3 articles, and that was some time ago.

I had my default HU display set to what I wanted for cash games. After I switched to STTs, I added a new config. How do I get the new STT config to launch without manually changing it in the table manager window?

I get the following error whenever I try to replay hands after importing: "HmHud has stopped working"

After I close the error window I can use the replayer just fine and after I've got the error once I don't get it again until I import again, it's just a little annoying and I was wondering if there's a fix. I'm using the newest Beta due to Ongame.

i am 100% sure the database is intact, but i messed up the users that PostgreSQL created on my XP and can't get it to work

Hud Options / Player Preferences. Then click the "Use For" tab. If you don't have a 1.09 beta, it's on the main Player Preferences window.

Update and follow those directions. There's even nice help text on this window now to get it setup the way you want if you are using a 1.09 Beta version.

Speed depends on alot of things, type of hands, site, PC specs etc it seems a bit slow though maybe try using this tool www.defraggler.com and it might help increase speeds after doing a defrag

Did you attach the new popup you made to the stat you want to popup for in Hud Options > Player Preferences

As fozzy mentioned youll need to create a new database and reimport all the hands from the archive. You should have the hands archived unless you specifically turned it off. Try C:/HMarchive and if they aint there they should be in a folder you specified if you did use archiving

Yeah, I had all the hh's since i've been using HM saved in the hmarchive files. Now importing all my old hh's from back when I used to use PT2. Its fairly slow at 27 hands per second for around 1mil hands, but I guess it will get there eventually.

is there a way to go to the holdem manager tournament and hide the roi, the hourly rate and stuff? i don't like to go there a see it , i think i may be too results oriented.

Ok after installing the new Patch i now have an additional problem:
On Ipoker i import the hands and HUd lists the table, but it has no stats about it.
Its 0 of 10 player no Avg Vpip nothing.....

The stakes that they will import. You probably aren't clicking all the way thru the links to the final purchase screen.

How do I prevent my hud stats from resetting mid- sng?

For example.. 40 hands in, everyone's stats reset and hand 1 is started again.

This seems to just happen at random.

It's not random - it's adjusting for number of players at the table.

You can change it in 'Hud options' -> 'Additional Hud filters' if you want.

Would you also know how you can have villain's stats be just for the the sng that the stats are displaying in. For example you are playing 2 tables with same villain, instead of his total stats displayed can you have them be based on each individual sit n go?

when i launch HEM it says its already importing even though its not, and when I click stop it just stays stopping.... for ever

ive tried repatching and repairing, was working perfectly yesterday

Can''t find the D or N sng stats for the games I played on my HEM, does it track them.I played over 70 last month and don't see them any ware.Also came in ninth in the pokercast invitational and cant see that ether.any suggestion would be greatly apretiated Everything else is awesome.lovin it everyday.Thanks for your time.

Don't play many sngs so I don't know how it works there, but double clicking the player name in the hud will switch to session stats instead of overall stats.

For cash that shows stats for each table - I would think it does the same for sngs.
