The end song isn't by chaos chaos ... it's the Evil Morty theme song ("For the Damaged Coda" by Blonde Redhead). The song was confirming that President Morty = Evil Morty.

This is the second consecutive episode where Rick and Morty have an incredible adventure and we only see the beginning and end.

Hard to say if most recent episode (E7) was best of the season, given how incredible E5-E6 were. Whatever the case, season 3 delivers for sure. I'll be happy to wait 2-3 years for S4 if that's what's necessary to produce content this good - while I wait I'll be happy to re-watch the entire series (yet again).

Agree - I think the best enjoyment I got from this episode was my initial mouth-gaping wow at the first Simple Rick commercial, and from there I just found it really easy to bask and marvel at how well developed the Citadel world was crafted.

(I realize how annoying and fan-boy-ish the above sounds, but, yea, basically just posting to say I agree it didn't exactly hit the "funny" feels, but still managed to strike a good nerve.)
