I am working my way from the top down on shows I haven't watched. I finished The Leftovers today. While its good, I would not include in my top 20. It seems too much weird unnecessary stuff. It ended good tho.

For anyone who hasn't seen Rick and Morty like me. Season 1 starts on Monday on Toon Channel(Cox Cable) Monday thru Friday. I think the entire series is on Hulu, not sure.

it's a lot to binge and a lot to take in, at the very least it's an interesting study on what the world would look like if some paranormal/religious-like phenomenon happened like in the show.

iirc the three seasons are all in different locations (Mapleton, Jarden, Australia) which could be a bit disorienting binging. the jump from s1 to s2 was the most shocking but they made it work for the better.

but what i really wanna know is...

i originally couldn't make it thru the pilot after trying a few times, but always kept hearing (at the time) how great the show was. i'd say if u can make it through the first 4-5 eps it'll start to grow on you.

don draper is an american hero, and the supporting cast is great as well (Elisabeth Moss, John Slattery, Christina Hendricks to name a few)

Seeing that post about "Trust" reminded me about "American Crime Story". That was a great show for 2 seasons, 3rd coming this year in September.
