I was at the Warriors game in CA the other day - we had great seats and we met Yugo & his fiance. It would have been more fun if the Wolves hadn't stunk so bad in the 4th quarter, but it was fun anyways.

I recorded this before the game:

8/11 by my count.

I always imagined cha as more Rubioesque in build than Pekish....

I apologize if I ever offended you. Don't smash me.

Well, I am the same height as Ricky...no comment on build, heh.

Speaking of Rubio, he might be cleared to full contact practice after Dr's visit on Thu. Yahoo Sports

Also, 82games link. Real impressive difference at SF and further confirmation that PG's and SG's are killing us.

I should mention here that Halstad has overhead pressed more than I ever have.

The knee injury was a work so that Ricky could take time off from the NBA to defend his backyard wrestling lightweight championship all across the backhills of Spain.

We look extremely clueless playing against a zone.

Whose idea was it to have the guy with the torn up knee stand on a bunch of mattresses and fake wrestle??? That commercial terrifies me

Ugly win but a necessary one. So many thoughts, but here are a few:

-Love doesn't look comfortable creating on offense at all yet. He prefers to take jump shots, hand the ball off, and crash the boards. I think this is largely a product of his injury and that it'll get better the more games he gets back.
-His help defense today was actually borderline good, it was awesome to watch. Hopefully that's indicative of a larger trend.
-Malcolm Lee really can't be trusted with the ball in the least. He plays pretty decent man defense but still does some dumb stuff. One in particular: early in the game the Kings were rotating the ball VERY late in the shot clock and it came to Brooks at the top of the key.. Lee rotated over but simply flared a hand out and retreated to his man on the wing. FFS THERE IS 1 SECOND ON THE SHOT CLOCK, CLOSE OUT HARD. Terrible play and Brooks drained it. There were a few other instances where he made bad switches and forced teammates to bail him out.
-If Ridnour commits another ****ing ticky tack foul on a break because he can't foul someone hard or just let them go, allowing for an easy and-1 I will stab him. Holy **** was that an awful play.
-I don't like the JJ/Shved pairing at all, I think it makes them a bit redundant. Ridnour Shved makes soooo much more sense, but in Adelman I trust.
-Our spacing sucks right now and it's really limiting AK47. He's a cutter who finds lanes to THE lane and we're clogging the hell out of it. We're gonna need to find some more small lineups imo, I really dug the Love-Cunningham-AK lineup in the 4th.
-Why was Cousins sitting for so much of the 4th? That move he put on PEK early was just filthy, dude can really ball. Feels like Keith Smart did us a big favor there.
-Shved really doesn't shy away from the big shot and those two 3's in the 4th were huge. That being said he definitely still does that thing where he jumps in the air with no idea what he's doing and he sometimes is going to cough it up like he did tonight late.
-Our transition d at the guard level BLOWS. Seriously, they were pushing the ball up the court on us even on MAKES ffs, that has to change. Made me really, really miss Ricky.

A win is a win and all, but we still didn't play particularly well. I thought overall we looked more like a Tubby Smith coached team than an Adelman one on offense and I suppose that's in large part due to us trying to figure out what role Love has in all of this, but there's lots of work to be done. And damnit do I miss Bud.

That doesn't seem like a small lineup to me. 2 4s and a big 3?

I didn't see much of the game, but I read a tweet that said Love rotated really well tonight. (I didn't quote that part, oh well)

Was this the play where his turnover resulted in a 2 on 0? Or the one where he fell down and ended up getting a free basket when they gave us the ball back?

Well on the latter he dove into the photographer's pit saving the ball so I'll give him a pass.

Yeah "small" may have been the wrong word Halstad, I more meant thin/skinny/svelte.
