You should generally avoid ever playing relegation risk teams on the road.

No, why would it matter. You should generally save your flex spot for the late game if you have any late game players. Other than that it wouldn't matter if he's in fwd or flex spot.

walters was on my shortlist and i wanted to work him into 1-2 gpp lineups with bojan out now. he didnt end up fitting any of them and most of those cheaper striker spots went to gayle.

yes ducksauce, i'm sure your model had walters on 38. it didn't take a genius to see that this was a good spot for him against the worst away team since derby.

re: ings play, he has been consistently good home and away. sunderland are a bad team. based on what happened there i am curious if he really is going to move on deadline day. that was an odd sub and the way he went off was awkward.

Ugh, my hung over dumb ass took Walters out for Enner Valencia. And ofc Wickham finally scored. He was utterly useless for a while (he was good for crosses and shots for a while) and now pops up again and scores.

Well the three highest ceilings today were stoke manu and pool. Two of those three have a more diversified attack. Guess which is the 3rd.

Also qpr on the road....

Only real big surprise today was spurs winning by such a big margin. Other than that was a pretty chalky day.

didn't like everyone play him though? i'm in good shape but didn't play ozil.

the cazorla/ozil/giroud/walcott stack is pretty sick, then throw in bellerin to win the gpp monies. quite a few huge scores out there, now down to how the soton players mixed in do to see who really prints the paper.

I am in 1st place on mondogoal as of right now b/c of my arsenal stack of ospina, giroud and cazorla. I am a bit worried about the guy in 3rd place who is 10 pts behind me but still has tadic in play.

I didn't know you can pick six players from one team on a 2 game slate. If I had known that I would have opted for six arsenal players on dk instead of 4. That is probably going to be the difference in finishing at the very top on dk.

Im in first for a satellite for the 30k. some guy is 40 pts behind with 4 soton players. Meanwhile i have 3 of them in DK.

Emnes just went off so that was me best shot at winning any big money in dk contests since everyone has tadic/pelle/bert in some capacity. I'm pretty safe to make a slight profit anyways.

1-1 is prob best result for me with tadic scoring a peno or something.

SUper arsenal stack wasn't the best route. Just so happened they really ran it up. You need a higher ceiling to win GPPs so you would want decent exposure to soton and ars.

There's only so many goals/assists to go around, arsenal essentially ran perfect for fantasy where EVERYONE worth picking got good points. That rarely happens, so you essentially are cannibalizing yourself by over picking one team.

Swans/Villa were complete aids so you just pick one player on either team that does set pieces or crosses a lot and pray they get you like 5-8 pts.

Yeah that's right. I went with both Giroud and Walnut cuz there were zero other forwards i had interest in (not pelle at his price).

so now i have tadic and soton fullbacks with dyer to have a third team represented.

Opted to go with pelle personally. Also swapped dyer -> emnes when I saw he was starting as he rates higher than dyer/prowse/elia. %3.3 owned and he gets subbed off in 15 min. ****ing brutal.

yeah in my second lineup i put in a few things like triple ups i had pelle and was considering the emnes switch down to the last minute. lucked out there. not that dyer (or anyone on swansea) is doing anything.

that bellerin goal is the only hindrance to me today. i thought about going that direction, but still think taking both clyne and bertrand was the right move. if there was some specific combo where pricing meant the modestly lower price of bellerin made a difference then maybe i would have done it.

Pelle with a big .75 at the half. He needs to score in the 2nd to give me a shot at a decent finish.

punting on mane coming from the bench would have been better than ice cold pelle.

Jonjo goat won me a ticket to the mondogoal 30k. Was thinking about putting him in for my last spot on dk but went with emnes instead booo.

I didn't get caught by the guy who had tadic. A very good weekend on mondogoal.
Tadic has to do better on his crosses. It is great for fantasy purpose. But, out of his 10+ crosses, I think he only had 2 successful ones. The game had a feeling that Southampton were going to lose by that one special goal. As an Arsenal fan, I can't complain. Beating spurs next week would just be the icing on the cake.
