It's basically across the street from the Encore. Never stayed there so dunno aboit noise, but I would think if helicopters are a problem, they would be for every other high-rise on the Strip.

It's pretty nice, but really pricey. I'd rather stay at Venetian, Wynn/Ecnore.

The guys I'm going with are pretty interested in playing a tournament. They are both willing to put up like $100 max and really don't play a ton of poker. Are there any rooms that are going to have a decent structure for <$100 during the week?

No. Rollaway cot is your third bed, or the pullout sofa (which Venetian/Palazzo has).

They should have a 72 hour cancellation policy...so just cancel it and get a reservation at a better hotel with a better location.

The 'fun' girls are the ones getting paid the most money. Can't say whether Rhino is a good choice, I'd never go to a strip club in LV (again). For a similar amount of money (unless you're cheap in the strip club, in which case you prob shouldn't go anyway) the 'fun girl' will come to your room.

Just cancel asap and book somewhere else. Rates aren't bad and the Riv is terrible.

Rhino is the best, free limo service and no cover if you use their house limo. DM me and I will tell you the fun girls.

Olympic Gardens may be worth a shot. Girls may be less beautiful but more fun.

Hey guys - I'm comped at Bally's for four days in a North Tower deluxe (standard) room. What kind of upgrade am I looking at with the $20 trick? I've read that people in the South Tower get upgraded to the North Tower. If I'm already in the North Tower, can I get upgraded to a suite or something? Thanks in advance.

I'm also comped at Harrahs for two additional days (Friday and Saturday) and am wondering what upgrades are generally available for the $20. Thanks.

I'm just asking and don't expect to spend too much time in my room unless I find me some sloooot on Spring break that wants to do some marathon sessions. Otherwise, room isn't a major deal.

edit: I'm sure this has been asnwered many times before, and I did a very basic search and didn't find it, so I figured I'd throw the Q in this thread. Don't flame me and be like "use the search function douchebag." kthxbai

No clue about that, best to call Expedia and ask.

DM = Direct Message.

Is it really that bad to stay at the R? It's only a room you won't spend much time in. Travel sites generally charge large fees to change plans.

The Bungalow Suites are pretty nice, I'd try to grease $100 for a Skyloft upgrade though.

I don't know..this is what I hear. I hear it's pretty bad. I know I won't be spending much time there other than sleeping a lil but it will be such as hassle not spending any time at all in the hotel your staying at. And I guess the location is poo.

1)If I'm staying at a north strip hotel(bad location) which was booked ahead of time and can't get out of, and can now get a good price at a more central located hotel, what do you think about having both hotels during my stay?

I am staying 4 nights in LV and will be staying at the original hotel the 1st night, and then the last 3 nights I would have both available.
What do you think?

2)What is the best way to ensure that some1 who is selling something isn't a scammer?

Just stay at the Riviera. It's only four nights, it'll be ok.
