I wouldn't put the word "brave" in a sentence describing Trooper. That's for sure. He talks a big game but has NOTHING to back it up. He has run from people (to PH security) and hidden in the bushes (crazy guy with dog) and all of his big heroic confrontations have all been off camera for a reason.

The fact that he keeps talking about how tough he is, is a signal that he is overcompensating for some insecurities.

I haven't watched much recently as this thread keeps me up to date every few pages. His vlogs are super redundant and since he explained his collusion scheme with his buddy, I lost the last bit of hope for him. I used to think he would turn it around one day and starting giving a f' but he's clearly too old of a dog to learn new tricks. He's never making good on his bet with PokerKraut and that shows that he's willing to burn a bridge to get out of doing something he doesn't want to do.

Zero integrity. The fact that he constantly says he has a ton of integrity is a big sign in itself. Let your actions speak for themselves instead of babbling about how awesome you are everyday.

It's possible he never had any intention of paying up and that could explain why he gained weight during the challenge. Without the punishment to motivate him he was going to be lazy.

He was obviously really tilted about folding that river which is something he hates doing.

Also, he says he feels like he plays better when he plays higher stakes. But it's easy for him to feel that way when he was running so well at 2-5.

If he is close to being broke then would he really play at Encore in the bigger 1-3 game?

Trooper finally playing at the Wynn. Yaye! Hope he comes back more soon. Watching the vlog it looks like he is winning but as soon as he gets Aces I'm thinking: "Uh oh, he's about to lose a big hand." Of course he loses but we never get the hand history of this one. I noticed he made it $30 preflop. If that was a single raise then I agree the game was playing big. If that was a 3bet then lol Trooper did it to himself again.

It appears Trooper bought in for $300 and then had to do a $300 re-buy.

Trooper can't seem to get through a poker session without a re-buy.

It is good to see Trooper play a poker session in an upscale poker room (Wynn/Encore).

Trooper must of had a check come in, and he must not be on the edge of going busto.

Rebuy is always going to happen when:

Was the KK hand in Neeme's latest vlog really that close? Seems like a standard fold. The BB makes big c/r on a low board in a multiway pot and jams the turn. All you have is 1 pair and no draws. Neeme does seem to call a lot in general, and that strategy has been very "favourable" for him, you could say.

He mentioned in the comments that his poker group advised that he should've bet bigger on the flop (he made ~half pot bet) but as played, call it off.

Listen, here's the thing. If you can't spot the sucker in your first half hour at the table, then you are the sucker. Guys around here will tell ya, you play for a living, it's like any other job. You don't gamble, you grind it out. Your goal is to win five big bets an hour, that's it.

Get your money in when you have the best of it. Protect it when you don't. Don't give anything away. That's how I paid my way through UNLV. A true grinder. You see, I learned how to win a little at a time. But finally I've learned this: if you're too careful, your whole life can become a phuckin grind.

The kid in the vlog below went from playing 2/5 to playing 25/50 in less than a year. Although he did lose $30k in his lone session at 25/50 but he has been able to move up in level quickly by grinding up a bankroll at the poker tables.
