he said last time it wasn't his money in the PLO game, and since the Gville gang is in town again, It's likely to guess that it was the same deal as last time (esp. since he was profitable)

His post on Facebook was talking a big game about come one come all to get crushed in the Bally's PLO game and my first thought was "Gville crew must be in town for the Super Bowl and are gonna stake him in the game because he can attract some fans to come splash around." It's a no lose prop for him: he gets to hang w/ his friends and play in a huge game with zero risk and the money is all fun and games to his friends so they'll let him keep whatever he can make over the buy in.

Trooper lost $300 and some change but didn't have all of himself so only lost a portion of that.

Lol yep I was drunk (obviously).... Had about 15 Vodka Red Bulls.

Game was still super fun even losing that huge side pot when Eric hit the J with AKJ9 when I had AKQTds.

Went and destroyed blackjack for about 15k and tried to get back in the game but floor wouldn't let me. Apparently there was like 10 people on the table change list.

I learned two things watching the blog about when I am drunk:

In Molly's defense, the vlog sucked before she showed up so she didn't make it worse. Tim ruined the vlog a while ago when he refused to put in interesting content, listen to his viewers, and decided that he was fine with his current viewership and is just churning out daily videos to get quantity over quality videos/views and make a few hundred/thousand a month.

Maybe he has smaller goals in life than the rest of us and just wanted the vlog to cover his basic monthly expenses which it seems to be doing now so he figures, goal hit, time to milk a tiny cash flow.

I wonder if he has any goals for 2017 or the next 2-5 years? Doesn't seem like a guy with a plan. He seems to be winging it and living off of low hanging fruit these days.

bbhaha. i watched a couple of his vlogs. i'm not going to knock them. but i don't mind saying that they don't compare in quality poker content to joe boski, jake cody, brad owens or andrew neeme. and i will probably rate the four people i mentioned in that order.

i don't like to see the personal criticism against trooper but he does open himself up to it. he seems to be an avg poker player with his fair share of luck and misfortune. and not so focused on an end game thru poker. but he may have an end game.

if y'all like vlogs. check out brad owens. it's entertaining. he travels. hangs with a couple pro players/high rollers. all cash games. 5/10 and a little 2/5. i'm not promoting brad. but he's the one name i haven't seen itt.

Trooper said he lost 300 in the game, I believe he said he bought in for 1500.

His friend Eric had a massive stack but according to some comments below the video Eric busted and rebought for 5k so he wasn't up that much.

Let's stop talking about Trooper97, he said himself it isn't a poker vlog.

Enjoy Boski, Kraut, and Brad but Trooper is still King of the Vlogs and that doesn't appear to be changing anytime soon.

i agree...let's stop. so joe boski i know you post in here occasionally. when possible make a vlog jus chatting with us on some avg daily #s at different casinos...avg runners, top payouts etc...and maybe generalize what we can expect on an avg day in these dailies as far as play, tempo, top spots payout avg, etc...i'm coming out there soon. and i'd like to hear your feedback so i don't waste any time with nonsense or low turnout/ low guarantee tourneys.

anybody willing to post their insight is awesome. lol.

eh. I pay $107/mo thru USAA (auto + renters). 26M with 0 lifetime accidents, 0 lifetime tickets, and a sub $20k car. They are a good financial institution, great customer service, but they are not super cheap either. Pretty par for the course in terms of pricing.

Not sure how you can say that. Andrew Meme has far more subscribers and his latest video had more views that Troopers last 5 put together. Trooper should cut back to a video twice a week and try to up the quality instead of concentrating on quantity.

If you can commit to the heavy drinking and lines of coke the craps and playing over your roll will come.
