More than one poster here tried to warn trooper to stay away from $2/$5 poker Mon, Tuesday and Wednesday. I went a bit further and thought trooper should only play $2/$5 poker Fri, Sat and Sunday.
With trooper's propensity to play "shove it in poker" he should have been buying in short stacked until he wised up. Unfortunately trooper nevers seems to wise up.
I am starting to agree with the posters who believe trooper is a degenerate gambler.
A degen just can't play small ball poker.
From what I can see, the majority of trooper's losses come from him shoving it in. Trooper knows (or should know) he is beat or behind, yet still shoves it in.
Yup, I'm thinking it goes beyond lack of skill, it's a degen thing
I was hoping, like many of us here, trooper could last at $2/$5 for awhile, possibly even make it to stage 3 of Operation Uptick $5/$10. I was delusional (like many others) that $2/$5 might make trooper a smarter player. I was crazy to think that.
A degen gambler, with narcissistic personality disorder is just to much to overcome at a poker table. You could coach up trooper till you're blue in the face, and he wouldn't change his ways.
I thought trooper's problems at the table had to do with ego and skill, but it goes way way beyond that.
