Some of the ways I see him play his hands is quite baffling. The 99 hand where he 3bets and pot goes 3 ways with one guy all in and he cbets ATX board then check gives up. I think he's one of these auto cbet donkeys that thinks they have to auto cbet 9/10 boards.

Flats A7 sooted pre OOP and flops A75r and he donks into 5 players just lol.

I really used to like trooper when I first started watching now he's starting to grate on me and can see why he has some haters although I think some people go waaaay too far. I also think he has a real talent with his video editing which he would be far better off pursuing and keeping poker as a hobby unless he's willing to work on his game. Very rarely when he talks a hand does he ever say he made a mistake , which even I who is a microstakes online regfish can see his game is riddled with mistakes
I understand people are sight seeing on vacation and whatever but as a local it gets annoying when morons act completely oblivious to their surroundings.

They act as if they've never seen skyscrapers or lights being a tourist doesn't excuse you from common decency.

When my family and I vacation we have the sense to move to the side and do our sight seeing without stopping in the middle of a walk way.

Trooper Secret #12 If your opponent blinks twice after touching his nose on the turn, he's chasing a straight and will fold if you shove no matter the size of the pot.
If Antonio was able to get $10k for a Vegas tour

http://archives1.twoplustwo.com/show...fpart=all&vc=1

Trooper could get $500-$1k for a tour, appear in the vlog and throw in some coaching. With his amount of followers and "celebrity" status this would be a no brainer.

To take it a step further, he could coach people the way Maven and Bodog Ari did roughly 10 yrs ago. Ride it out and make da monies.

I guess crying in the shower doesn't make for good videos. And that's saying a lot with the low quality requirement he has in the videos.

Seriously though, it was a Tuesday and he just lost $2400, so a perfect time to take a day off. Plus, 2/5nl on a Tuesday would be useless to play at his skill level. I can see going back to 1/2nl or 1/3nl for the night but he's got too much of an ego to drop down a level while he still have $500 to blow on 2/5nl.

It was the night of the NCAA Championship game so the games must have been at least decent. Neeme played that same night and CRUSHED his game so the games were good. It was the player that was bad. Plus, he did switch tables TWICE so he did try to find a better game. He didn't just sit around donking off money. He moved around to different tables and donked off his money.

So that's almost 1,000 comments. Not one reply from Trooper.

To be fair, I didn't check all the comments just now, but I never saw a single reply from him when I looked.

Edit: And he was responding to several comments before the last couple of videos.
He started responding to comments AFTER he got called out for not communicating with his fans via the comments section, like Neeme does, by people in this thread. I'm sure he got tired of it and just doesn't give a da*n anymore. The guy seems to be milking the YouTube thing just to make rent and utilities. He doesn't seem to be too concerned about quality, creating something, or connecting with/building a fan base.

He's a gambler and needs money to gamble. It's either get a job or put up videos as much as possible and take every cent of ad revenue he can get.

FWIW, since announcing his "exclusive content" for his Patreon subscribers, he still has the exact same amount of Patreon contributers.

The dude spits out some random idea, it doesn't work, and we never hear about it again. Everything that he fails at, he never mentions again. The weight loss challenge punishment --- silence. The situation with his backer --- silence. His work out routine at his new apartment complex's gym --- silence. Exclusive content or some random lottery giveaway of money he would never win in a tournament --- silence. The end of the Squirrel Shirt deal --- silence. What else was there?

What's next? Molly disappears from the videos --- probably silence and no explanation of what happened.

I totally forgot about the weight loss bet. After big timing PK in one vlog, and spending 15 minutes making up excuses in another, he hasn't made good on his bet to the Kraut. That's ****ed up.

More than one poster here tried to warn trooper to stay away from $2/$5 poker Mon, Tuesday and Wednesday. I went a bit further and thought trooper should only play $2/$5 poker Fri, Sat and Sunday.

With trooper's propensity to play "shove it in poker" he should have been buying in short stacked until he wised up. Unfortunately trooper nevers seems to wise up.

I am starting to agree with the posters who believe trooper is a degenerate gambler.

A degen just can't play small ball poker.

From what I can see, the majority of trooper's losses come from him shoving it in. Trooper knows (or should know) he is beat or behind, yet still shoves it in.

Yup, I'm thinking it goes beyond lack of skill, it's a degen thing

I was hoping, like many of us here, trooper could last at $2/$5 for awhile, possibly even make it to stage 3 of Operation Uptick $5/$10. I was delusional (like many others) that $2/$5 might make trooper a smarter player. I was crazy to think that.

A degen gambler, with narcissistic personality disorder is just to much to overcome at a poker table. You could coach up trooper till you're blue in the face, and he wouldn't change his ways.

I thought trooper's problems at the table had to do with ego and skill, but it goes way way beyond that.

Someone mentioned that Operation Uptick would put Trooper in a position to NEVER win money at poker and if you look at it from the view of his totals for the year, it pretty much puts him on a hamster wheel. So TheHamster97 will grind up 1/2 or 1/3 till he hits $2K and then play 2/5 till he busts back down to 1/2 or 1/3 and then grind it back up and so on and so on. It is a vicious cycle of nothingness till he can crack 2/5 and make it to 5/10 (odds of this happening are slim to none) but then he busts 5/10 down to 2/5 and down to 1/2 or 1/3 again and several months later he's back to square one!

OMG! Did he think this through? I seriously hope he QUITS or GOES BROKE from this Operation Downtick thing as soon as possible and works on building up his roll.

Relax, he's super busy! He's so totally busy you couldn't possibly comprehend the amount of things he fits into 24 hours. He'll get to it when he's less busy and feels like it.

Interesting. He actually gained 3 subscribers and subsequently lost 3 subscribers. FWIW, I was going to subscribe to get exclusive content and think $5/mo would have been a fair amount. This was before he decided to screw over PokerKraut there.

Didn't Kelly just disappear from the videos like that and then he eventually just had to respond that they were just friends?

Good points. I think Trooper believes buying in short to 2/5 is no different than playing full stack 1/2 or 1/3. He would be absolutely wrong and I completely agree that he should be buying in for like $300 in these games.

TheHamster97 lol. Sadly, Operation Uptick is just a microcosm of his life. He has been a hamster in the game of life too, going from dead end job to dead end job just to feed his poker addiction.

Hopefully he busts his operation downtick roll and then follows that up by busting his poker roll before the series so that he can get a dealer job this summer and make some serious bank that the vast majority of dealers can only dream of. If he busts his roll later in the year then it will be back to waiting tables at chain restaurants for Trooper and I suspect that won't pay anywhere near what he can make dealing poker.

Like kelly and all the other crap he touches just turns to ash, to me that sounds like what DC and Mr. Ducks has been saying sounds like he needs help for his addictions and/or mental illness AKA NPD.

Wow what do you know just like we predicted no Vlog then that means it does bother him instead of getting back on the horse now he's breaking.
