to underscore one of the many reasons bing sucks, a bing search for 'e las vegas' positions the actual restaurant website on the bottom of the second page. a google search for the same thing results in the restaurant website on the first page.

OK, what is the best option for up to $250 per person including tip -- preferably a tasting menu with wine pairings (wine is a must)? If it matters, there are three of us and we'll be dining February 10.
I'm not certain of the current price for Picasso but it should be about that. If it is a little more it's worth it and likely the best option in that price range. Search for the many reviews itt.
$250/person including tax/tip is ~$190-200 for food and wine pairing, depending on how generous you tip.
Might work with the cheaper menus at Picasso/L'Atelier but probably not with anything of 5 or more courses since wine pairings for those are already half your budget.
Thanks. I started doing some research and it looks as if Picasso is the best bet. I think the five-course degustation menu is 125 + another 95 or so for wine pairing. We can go a bit higher than 250 :-)
Why can't I see pics? BTW, I looked at L'Atelier, but the only slot for three people was 9:45, and that's a bit late for a three-hour meal, even in Vegas. With only two people we could have eaten at almost any time.
I would call rather than trying to book online. Open Table is probably set up weird for parties of 3 due to the seating arrangement in there. There are mostly counter seats surrounding the open kitchen, and only a handful of tables around the outside wall. If I remember correctly, I believe they only seat parties of 4 at the tables. I definitely recommend sitting at the counter, as part of the experience is watching the chefs work.
I was setting it up through their website, but calling would probably be best. We would definitely want the counter. I don't suppose the $188 at L'Atelier includes the wine pairing? (I can see pics now.)
