The whole idea of a Poker Hall of Fame is pretty pointless, and I really couldn't care who does or doesn't go in. It's kind of like how they have 20 different "World Titles" in boxing - you can give one to whoever you like but it's not going to fool the people who follow it closely - people know who the best fighter really are, and we know who the best poker players are. Some dumb hall of fame is just a complete irrelevance.

I know a lot of Norwegians, and they all speak better English than me. Anyway, not sure what's disturbing about what Baard said - did anyone actually think that it wasn't possible to get around the technical aspects?

Surprised you'd not heard of Courtney Lee who was a starter for Orlando in last year's NBA finals!
But I'd suggest that Courtney Walsh (former West Indian cricketer) would be the most famous one. Formerly held the record for wickets in a career.. Given there's probably about a billion people in India that would know who he is... he might get there!
Show was cool, always good to hear Terrence with you in studio.

Yup, I was going to suggest Courtney Walsh as possibly the world's most famous male Courtney, even if no americans know him.

But wtf at having Terrence Chan on the show and not giving him grief about the tattoo?

Love me some tchan.

Also... lol Phil Laak.

I would like to point out that while th above quote is accurate, I also said that we were not working on it since we do respect Poker Stars' stand on the matter.

In Canada, if a bank account goes dormant (unclaimed for more than 10 years), the funds get transferred to the Bank of Canada, who then holds it for at least 30 more.

Im pretty sure banks over here pretty much never close your account. I've heard stories similar to Fry's from futurama, where a person has had an account opened as a child, and forgot about it until like 50 years later and the account still exists.

BTW, I know naslun never payed, but the other guy got a pretty sweet deal.

Courtney Taylor(-Taylor), lead singer of The Dandy Warhols.

There are many casinos that do not use the "show one-show all" rule. For example the casinos that have hosted HSP. These are reputable casinos in the US, its not like this only happens in french casinos

With regards to the countdown and what language its in, why didn't the guy do what they do in boxing and use his hands to signal the numbers from ten down. Would make sense

Another great episode guys, thanks for keeping me company in my cross country flight yesterday. I've been carrying around the Bunstronaut photo in hopes of running into the perfect situation to get a photo. Speaking of photos, for the Photoshop contest I think it would help a little if we could get a couple stock photos of the hosts to incorporate into the chop. Bunner is easy enough to find, T. Chan as well, but MJ and Adam are tougher. So...if anyone can point me in the direction of some good shots of our fine hosts, please post!
