Did indeed. Kids and I got the ornaments put on the ridiculously overpriced Christmas tree yesterday. It is great though. Had to cut the very top limbs off to make the topper fit, and it's big and fat just like I like 'em.

True story:

I've been known to use the Stop signs in my neighborhood as punching bags during my fits of rage (usually poker-related but the worst one was relationship-related). Generally this happens in the middle of the night too, so the extremely loud banging sounds wake people up but they still don't know who did it cause it's freakin 3 am lol.

I've actually seen a note taped to one of the Stop signs near me, saying "WARNING: destroying this sign is punishable by fine up to $2000" or some crap like that. I'm positive that note was not there before lol.

Luckily I have not done something like that in almost a year lol.

But really I'm an extremely nice guy and feel bad about disturbing people but I have self-control issues when enraged.

Ok I have to tell you guys what just happened. I'm at the gym in my building and 5-6 buffed out, eastern european sounding dudes walk in. One of them is carrying a boombox and while he plugs it in the others stand in a semi-circle and start hopping around. I'm expecting them to blast some hardcore rap or Rammstein or something but then they start cranking these hilariously effeminate pop rock songs like "18 til I die" and an even softer cover of "summer of '69," they even played Coldplay!!!!

Here's where it gets really weird. They start doing CARTWHEELS!!!! Not flips, but ****ing CARTWHEELS!!!!!!!!!!! Usually 2-3 cartwheeling at once, while the others just hopped around moronically.

They ended their pre-workout routine by piggy-backing each other!!!! They even did a 3-man piggy back ride.

Easily one of the most unexpected and homoerotic things I've ever seen.

With a 6 month old puppy currently going through a 'chewing' phase, I've opted to get the following tree this year:

on the topic of expensive trees, I suggest Home Depot. I went there last night and they actually had a nice selection. It actually had more variety than the christmas tree farm I went to last year, which only had the Douglas Firs or whatever they are called.

I picked up a nice tree, a wreath, tree preserver, and had them do the "fresh cut" for under $50.
