Djo has not disappeared. He can be contacted at djodjo2k on skype to resolve this issue.

I know at least 20 high volume players who are under DJO's affiliate, including myself and not one of them have ever complained regarding payment of rakeback on any site.

He is currently attempting to fight his ban via email with Matt, as he was banned after some merge advice he gave regarding cashout methods on each of the skins was considered rakeback spam.

Edit: @tuma: yeah, plays mostly 5/10+ on a variety of networks.
