What kind of odds do you need that US cashouts will be in full (ignoring taxes)? aka if FTP only pays US players a fraction of their balance less than 100% not including taxes (so if they deduct x% for taxes that you can get if you paid them legit I win) you win otherwise I win. If they don't pay out at all it's a push. I'll offer you 5:1?

I don't see how any way DOJ would deduct taxes from cashouts.
