Many times, it goes unnoticed or ignored for fear of losing face. So long as that fear exists, people with treatable mental disabilities will continue to be discriminated against and many will resort to begging just to get through the next day.

When I was in SK, there were plenty of students who needed special education in my classes. I taught many autistic children who definitely needed more attention than your ordinary student, but most teachers aren't properly trained to work with these children. Those children were just considered dumb and got passed through the system because nobody wanted to deal with them. Their parents did not want to get treatment either due to ignorance of their child's problem or the shame associated with raising a child with some kind of disability.

This backwards logic and social intolerance will always hinder any advances in treatment for disabled people. Plenty of these people can be fully functioning adults if treated properly.

I noticed that the more advanced cities do have more understanding for these problems, but if you're in the sticks then the odds are really stacked against you in life.

ive noticed A LOT of people leave their keys with the hotel any time they leave, i guess its so they dont have to worry about losing them ???? i mean the hotel already has a spare copy so they could go in anyway, but im a big boy and can hold on to my own key

i used to before my hotels internet got better as it really is very consistent right now so disconnects are rare


i like to surf the web while playing and the 3g stick can get expensive (ok not really expensive, but cost money to use) if im doing that with it


i guess you make a good point though, i wont use it all the time, not early in tourneys, but once i get all my sites checked for the day and start to get deep in the tourneys ill start to use it

I use mine whenever I'm grinding, can't afford to lose 2-3 minutes changing internets when you're playing Sitngos. As long as you don't watch any videos while it is in you still won't use much data.

I dont think there is anything wrong in giving a girl $10-20 to respond too your messages quickly, you already paying her for a service, and if you want constant communication peace of mind etc to fit around your work, its cool.

sofocused - i made it to beach club finally, $500 for a month (ripoff) the room is just slightly nicer than my current room basically it has a dresser and mine doesnt, but all in all its the same room as every place you see out here yet they charge close to double the price of other places

maybe you could negotiate it down some, but even if it were the same price as my place (or cheaper) i wouldnt move there because the location here is better, not that its in a bad location but its just a bit out of the way


that said the burger was BY FAR the best ive had and its not even close, it was slightly overcooked so ill have to ask them to not grill it so long next time (im sure that will be an adventurous conversation, i might just get a red patty on a bun)

thanks for mentioning the burger there, that was one of the few things i havent been able to find over here that i really wanted and now i know where a very good one is

on a scale of 1-10 for best burgers ive had in my life its probably like a 7, which doesnt sound great, but when you compare it with the 1's, 2's, and maybe a 3 ive found it definitely gets the job done, and it has 8 or 9 potential if they cook it right next time
