I did have a place for a month, but I had to get back to PP, the place was cool in Snooky, they gave me a daily rate and refunded the rest of my big rent ...

They seem very cool for sure. What's the hotel? I'd like to give them my business when I come for APT.

Its called All Nations in Victory Hill a few minutes from Queensco, ran by a German guy.

It's more of a place for the low ballers, old man degens, and those who have lost the path.

It's the same as a roti, but they fold the roti. Bannana rotis are amazing.

These old dudes like to party, they get a little crazy and the noise flys.

There is a place right across the street that I stayed that had a bigger and nicer room for 15 a night, which was way better to relax and the net was much better. I think Im heading back down in a few weeks and can get the name.

Are you coming to the APT for sure? This is going to be an awesome event, I hope I can make it.

That is orange sherbert on top of the fruit.

I can't say for sure I'm coming for APT, as things can come up, but I'm def planning on it. I would also like to spend time in PP before or after to try to set up a skrill account. (not possible in philippines)

nope and to access skrill you have to use a VPN, or any time you deposit/withdraw to a site use VPN, never had a problem doing that but definitely have it set up before you get there

can sign up for/use neteller without a vpn though

What a hazzle - neteller is anyways not interesting for me, given that they are still too retared to follow the request of many many many customers and implement RSA-Tokens for accountsecurity...
Also using skrill via fake-vpn is likely against the TOCs of skrill - I dunno if their investigationteam is into this regard solid..., but I du not wanna risk an accountfreeze.
For ppl with low money on skrill for sure an option though... or also if skrill-investigatiuonteam does not give a **** bout it..., what I just don`t know...

I'm in Cambodia for a bit. Played at Naga for a day or two. Dealers were fine, rake had been raised to 3% up to a maximum of $20 at 400 in the pot (2%). Worse than it was before. Game was really juicy. I hears about another place in Phnom penh where rich Cambodian guys play called River King. It's supposed to be low rake, all food and drinks comped and a lot of action. 'll check it out if I'm back in Phnom penh.

Now in Sihanoukville, will check out Queenco tonight. In Phnom Penh everybody was raving about it just like in this thread, so I hope it's as good as people say.

Security Message for U.S. Citizens: Potential for Civil Unrest on Sunday, March 30, 2014

This security message is being issued to alert U.S. citizens residing in or traveling to Cambodia about two opposition-organized rallies planned for Sunday, March 30, 2014...

The Embassy encourages U.S. citizens to avoid crowds and other gatherings and to immediately leave any area where crowds are gathering. Even rallies and demonstrations intended to be peaceful can turn confrontational and escalate into violence without warning. U.S. citizens should remain alert to local security developments by monitoring local news reports, be vigilant regarding their personal security and preparedness, be aware of their surroundings, and plan their activities accordingly...
