Worth having insurance of some sort if RobbieV is playing. Being the biggest guy there (after I left) he think its totally okay to elbow people in the face (giving me red eye) and deems it ok run into anyone whos got the ball and clam "shoulder barge". The best part is when he injures someone, he blames it on them.

Last time I checked you injured John for 3 months and send Mason to the hospital to see if he had a concussion. You ran your face into my shoulder and cry about pink eye. I'm sure your ladyboyfriend squirted in your eyeballs and you were just looking for an excuse.

So I broke a personal rule yesterday and brought home a whore I met in Suk 11 because I was dead drunk. Fortunately I had enough sense to kick her out 30 minutes later, but I am now worried that my reputation has been permanently sullied by the inexcusable lapse in judgement. I do live in Thong Lor after all. To make it worse, the bitch also bled on my sheets cause she didn't tell me she was on her period. Disgusting.

Safe to say mine weren't fouls, rather I carry too much muscle mass and they both felt the impact more than me.

The personal rule is not to bring low class trash prostitutes into my apartment. Certainly she was isaan and probaby quite ugly had I been sober enough to see it. I know this is not the philosophy thread, but you should not care or let how others perceive you or think of you have an impact/influence on your life or happiness. No one should be able to control your thoughts or feelings, because then you are a prisoner to them, and in turn not being "truly free".

Just for the record, what is the difference between a low-class and hi class? Looks, clothing, and how good there English is I would suppose would be the main criteria? Hope you paid her too, otherwise you may be called worse things in this thread than a degen.

Sure I gave her some money to leave, she put up a little scene about not wanting them.

Low class is behavior and thinking to me, not money, though many times the two are connected.

Example, are you able to understand that another person has the same feelings and needs you do, despite not looking the same and talking the same. Do you have basic respect for other people and not just think of them in terms of what you can get from them? Are you consumed by jealousy of those who have more? Do you bitch and moan about others for your misfortune? Do you lie and deceive?

It also helps to have decent manners so one can socialize with people outside bars.

Sorry to get off topic but you guys go to gym a fair bit im just about to start gym atm i 5'8 weigh 12.5 stone hit 32 so wanna kinda pre empt the middle age spread wouldn't mind putting on mass if it was muscle in arms and pec and abb area.

What do you guys suggest, my eating habbits are terrible also can of pringles a day and sweets

Obv knocking that **** on the head going to look into a menu for the whole week anyways hope some guys can chime in with serious advice PEB NOPE i dont lift lol

Training for mass just train different body part each day I break it into arms,legs,chest,shoulders and back in no order then take two days off. Its up to you how many days you plan to go so you can every group in but going most days gives me good momentum I find.

If you train with free weights there is no reason your abs wont get riped to fook anyways from all the stabilizing they do. If your not massively fat just putting on muscle will burn off alot of calories so up to you how much or if you want to do any cardio.

Eat tons but try and make sure you are getting protein most times you eat. Also lift heavy but not till you have good technique.

Cheers Breena, reason I wanna get fit is well I used to weigh 11st bang on eat any **** i want then bam hit 31 and i put on 2 stone, I now down to 12.5 from just eating soup but thats a stupid way to lose the pounds.

My idea was cardio 2x a week be it treadmill or 2 miles run round the park, then on the non cardio day some kind of reps to train the guns, some kinda rep to train the pecks and something to do tha abs being a gym noob a aint got a clue what to do tho

sitting on an excersize bike while reading a magazine for 20 minutes a day 4 or 5 days a week is the easiest way to lose weight imo

Losing fat is almost all diet, no cardio needed. Just eat the same meals you prepare every day for some time, so that you can know exactly how many calories you get. Then add a few more dishes were you know the exact caloric amount. Not really difficult. Go on CalorieCount.com or similar to figure out how many calories you need.

For getting muscle and strength, just get on any beginners strength program like Stronglift 5x5. Something which has you squatting, pressing and deadlift/rowing. No great science, just get on a program and stick with it.

Sounds to me you dont really need to do a ton of cardio with your build. I have the same skinny genes I do no cardio in the gym and find it really boring. Maybe the day will come when I have to include some but until that day Im happy chucking weights around. Like I said having and increasing muscle mass on its own will burn off calories.

Solid advices

I am doing now a working routine called 8 sets of 8 , which like the name is doing 8 sets of each set with minimum resting between sets ,, about 15-20 seconds

That mean no gym chitchat , no walking around checking the chicks , just pumping pumping none stop

It's crazy hard and you end up the workout laying on your back and wondering wtf had just happened ,

The cool thing about it that it's mass building combine with fat burning cardio effect as well , your heart is pumping like you are sprinting the all workout.

Cheers again, will look at the rep 8x8 thing, was thinking of cardio as my blood pressure has gone up just outside what boots and medical testing people say is a normal level was thinking running and getting fitter would maybe bring it down, in truth its gone up since i put on the extra 2 stone so if i can be 13st but more muscle less fat im thinking maybe that will sort out the BP issue.

Should I be taking suppliments or shakes
