In Malaysia you don't leave tips at all if they expect it its on the bill, and if you do leave tip they always bring it back and don't understand what you are going on about.

I took my friend to bangchak to show him the culinary delights of what it has too offer. He had some chicken and rice for 50baht, but gave 3x20 baht notes and we just walked out.

The women come back chasing him and giving him the 10baht, he laughed and said no its okay you keep it. Bangchak is real real life also, not like thong lo.

I had a go at him after telling him he shouldn't do that, dual pricing etc, he said I was wise, I agreed and we sailed off into the night.
