incline bench press which targets the Triceps as a secondary muscle (gotta have them compounds movements in somewhere amiright ebbfs?)
Body weighted dips
then ill do tricep extensions
for biceps, I do alot of back such as pull ups, prison rows and upward rooms which hits the enough for me not having to isolate them. Also my guns are prob measuring in at around 14", give it a few months before they are cut like diamonds
