Any tips of activities worth doing?
Nightlife? Any good clubs/bars (w/o a huge amount of hookers..)?
Food?
Shopping?

those houses rarely have an open room available, usually you'll need to schedule that well in advance, often by setting up a house with others moving over here... unless you luck into a vacancy. also, i'm not sure what you mean by "all that cheap" but that's often an expensive way to live for thailand. certainly cheap compared to similar areas in the west, though.

watch thai boxing, ideally on a tuesday if you can, its the best cards, were fri and sat has alot of toruisty so the fights are never as good and usually cost more as the cheaper seating is closed sometimes. Lumpinie park is pretty cool to see. Go nana and cowboy at night

clubs w/o hookers, RCA, funky villa, demo, nang len, narz and some others.

gave nang len a pass, but lol had to fyp the ones in bold have tons of hookers. that being said obviously better ratio than many places.

edit: oh nvm he said w/o a huge amt of hookers. dont forget wip168 best club in bkk, that one is also pretty good non-hooker ratio.

Thanks for answers regarding Chiang Mai visa run.

One question thats prolly ******ed, but im gonna do a 7 day extentsion at imigration before the visa run and my visa expired this Saturday. I have payed overstay at airports before with no problems but is it the same at immigration? I mean is it totally ok, you just pay and thats it?

When my gf gives me some gift she always asks for small money to buy it. "Usually 1,2,5 baht.
Is it some custom or just she is odd?

And when she gets me gift she always leaves tag with price on it. In my country people rather take it out.
Is it good manner to leave tag with price on gifts?

Gonna be in phucket on 17th december, after phucket should i go back to BKK or samui and phangan? For party purposes i guess. Not too crazy, i wouldnt go to full moon party cos its shiet.

i've actually done it a few times now. The casino doesnt have poker so it's a bit boring going solo. Best to head out into savanakhet if you know where to go.

Although 1st time i did it i started dating 1 of the singers at the casino. Lao girl so i went back a cpl of times for that ha. mmm wonder if she still there i think to myself????

If any1 is interested in doing this within the next week let me know. I can pick any1 up at Mukdahan and drive to immigration.

Oh and nakon phenom is the closest airport to Muk. About 1.5 hrs drive so i guess 2 hours bus.
