Runs in past week. Building up the distance very slowly, trying not to go too fast and think I would want most of the running to happen in the green/70-80% HR zone, ideally? Max HR currently just calculated as 220-age.

Also, today first time the running index actually showed up, no clue why it has never shown before.

Doesn't seem like I actually set any goals for 2021, which was probably a good thing because I achieved **** all, except some good career moves and getting engaged

Plan for 2022 is pretty conservative and focused on life stuff:
Life - get married, buy a house, stop using contraceptives
H&F - stay healthy, maintain strength, improve cardio, lose a bit of weight
