Weighed in at 216. Wtf. Re hydrating was way worse than the cutting part of it

Went 345 375 402. Last one was real tough
Bench
I opened lighter than last meet. Went with 232 made. 265 2nd I made the lift but got two reds for moving my feet. I styled with the same weight for 3rd and used a flat foot stance instead of on my toes and barely made it
Deadlift
485 first. Got 2 white one red. Terrible lift. Bar got away from me. I wasn't focused
530 2nd. 3 whites
540 3rd. Missed at the knees. Will have videoed Tuesday. My roommate went 502 285 518 at 215 bw. He's been lifting for like two years
Tied gym pr. I looked at the video of the 540 and I got to mid thigh and just set it down. On vid it looks like I gave up. When I was lifting I thought I was totally grinding out the rep with a rounded back but in reality I wasn't. It seriously looks like a halting Deadlift
