Is BTNPP behind the neck push press? There's a high degree of chance for messing up shoulders/neck/upper back doing behind the neck pressing.

Ya behind the neck push press. It seems that is the only way i can push press with out hurting my wrist. maybe ill just stop doing that all together. Dont feel any discomfort while i am doing them though, do you think i should stop them?
