I dont think you'd get whites in a USAPL meet, but if you're not worried about depth for any particular reason, they're fine. You seem to be keeping your back flat and the bar path looks pretty good.
A couple things:
- Having your head craning forward will give you neck issues if it already hasnt. I suggest shoving your head back and keeping the neck packed the whole time the bar is on your back. That's not a suggestion to look at the ceiling. A good cue for this is "make a double chin". Another benefit to packing the neck is that it makes it easier to get the rest of your spine aligned properly when the weight gets heavy.
- If you did want to get deeper for whatever reason, racking the bar higher would make doing so a lot easier. With the low bar position, you're kind of forced to do a squat/morning because your hips have to go back farther in order to balance the bar. That's fine if getting deeper doesnt matter, but it does put more stress on your back, and possibly more on the hips too. With a higher bar position, you dont want your hips to go back as far - once they get back far enough, you want to drop straight down. That makes getting deeper a lot easier than what you're currently doing.
