I assume this is ridiculously easy for you. If so, why not do something more difficult or with more reps?

i.e.

Squat -> overhead squat
Press -> sots press
swing -> snatch

Because the first idea is suggestion is ******ed. The others less so. This is my first workout in months. I wanted to give it a sort of "trial run" rather than killing myself. My flexibility etc are really lol from laying in my bed all day sulking, and/or injuring myself stretching.

Worst case I add an extra week to return to my previous levels of fitness. Best case I avoid a ****** injury sustained by trying to kill myself Day 1 of a mesocycle.

Well I did do some push ups and a few muscle ups. But this is the first time I actually done something in a somewhat organized non-****** fashion.

For all who are interested. I have long been espousing a non-linear weight/hotness relationship for wimmenz. Heidi is an example of this. Here she has lost 4 lbs, but she went from "small tummy, deece body otherwise" to "hyachahchahchachahca". A few small lbs can make a large amount of difference especially on more petite women. Now if I could get teh wimmenz to take my years of staring expertise and internalize this fact, the world would be a much better place.
If only every girl would squat; The world would be a much better place.

Thremp,

Seeing as how you are now a weak Eurotard and and most of your "workouts" consist of yardwork, you should probably decrease or completely remove the requirements for posting in your log. Who knows, it may actually be helpful as you can learn new "workouts" from other persons who live in 3rd world countries and do not have access to basic gym equipment.

Do you even qualify to post here? If you do not, please desist. If you can, WELCOME and congrats on achieving a level of mediocre strength.

I am not sure if I qualify. I do not cut firewood or drag logs around so I do not know how I stack up against you in your "workouts."

Then you can't post here. Sorry!

I feel fine after yesterday. My back felt a little funny last night post workout and was tight. I don't really know why. Maybe lol piss poor form on swings since I think my general thought was like "lol 1p gfy". And probably a lack of upper back warmup work as I punted shoulder dislocates/some weird thing from MM that involved thoratic rotation.

Today will involve some warmup and PNFing. Hopefully I don't make any progress toward imploding my hip capsule.

Diet is meh. I was hungry yesterday and went over on calories (trying to hit 2.5k). I think the secret value in protein powder is how it sucks so bad that 300 calories can sate you for hours. Or atleast make you not wanna eat anything. I might indulge in some beers since I budget mai cals so well.

I tried to use my grippers today. I'm like an inch from closing the 1.5 with left and right.

lolololololollolololollolllololololololololooolol

I'm gonna have to incorporate a metric for grip strength for Mrs Thremps so I can get jars opened. Christ.

I know that's the secret. Protein shakes are currently my main staple. When I was trying to eat a lot I didn't even bother because I couldn't eat anything else for so long afterwards.

Yeah. I ran a sicko deficit and wasn't hungry yesterday. Too lazy to put beers in the snow. Will make sure that doesn't happen today. Gonna kick it off right with some toast and Nutella.

What are the exact criteria for posting in this thread? Because if it involves being weak and living in a 2nd world country (i.e. thremp), I'm there.
