Overstretched both hip flexors during my stretching session. Now I qq whenever I walk. Maybe I can do presses while just sitting hunched over.

I need a 2p for swangz and such. Well I guess I can use the 1p for virtually everything since I'm in a sweet deconditioned state, and just give it 3 weeks till I can find a 2p. Maybe I'll just try to carry it home and call a taxi from the sidewalk when I give up.
ETA: I'm currently considering do just full body workouts every few days surrounded by carbups depending on how I feel/recover/look. This will be the most qualitative of training programs I've endeavored on, mostly due to need since I don't really have a ton of options that don't involve 40-50m to go to a gym that is expensive and sucks in the freezing cold. Currently I'm unsure what else to do for my pressing work other than HSPU/KB press. I can put together some sweet squat/back stuff. I guess I'll just do a ton of jerk/PPs/strict pressing and see what happens. In a variety of rep ranges. When it gets warmer and/or I get heavier KBs, this plan will change. Of course suggestions are welcome from the non-nubs. Or people who train with limited equipment. Burpees are a no go atm, as I'm not going to create a patch of ground that I have to shovel solely to do burpees, though depending on my motivation... I may.
