Well I did 335 for 3*5 sets yesterday. 2 months into SS and very much in the linear progression stage. If I keep going at the current rate (and there's no sign of slowing yet) I reckon I hit 370 sometime in the middle of feb.

Half nude posedown followed by nude posedown. Isolateral because I'm an intermediate trainee and didn't wanna put down my chips.

I followed this with a vigorous freedom dance and some gluteal activation. I began in earnest my CKD as I started this morning with a plate of ground beef, drank some coffee, and then had chips/beer as periworkout nutrition.

Despite your derisive comment toward SHOT, which I strongly approve of since he's loltacular (his stipulations for his bet are somewhat silly as well as he wants knee/wrist wraps. From what I've read there is a good ~50 lbs that can be gained from knee wraps... but I digress). I have water again and thus ends my boycott on humanity. I will be rejoining the human race effective immediately and also actually consuming food in quantities greater than "as little as possible to prevent absurd hunger". My goods are in customs and I have my ID card, so it is only a matter of time before I acquire more sangpomm. Curiously I can't find anything other than 1/1.5/2p.

Failed a couple MUs from the ice and snow respectively. Then I gave up and did 5x15 PUs.

I bought some fish oil. Seems to be high quality. Lots of EPA/DHA stuff. We'll see if it cures my SAD.

Overstretched both hip flexors during my stretching session. Now I qq whenever I walk. Maybe I can do presses while just sitting hunched over.

I'm unsure really how to structure my carb up. And what sort of foods I should be consuming each day. Additionally there are no good sangpomm on osta.ee which makes me I need a 2p for swangz and such. Well I guess I can use the 1p for virtually everything since I'm in a sweet deconditioned state, and just give it 3 weeks till I can find a 2p. Maybe I'll just try to carry it home and call a taxi from the sidewalk when I give up.

ETA: I'm currently considering do just full body workouts every few days surrounded by carbups depending on how I feel/recover/look. This will be the most qualitative of training programs I've endeavored on, mostly due to need since I don't really have a ton of options that don't involve 40-50m to go to a gym that is expensive and sucks in the freezing cold. Currently I'm unsure what else to do for my pressing work other than HSPU/KB press. I can put together some sweet squat/back stuff. I guess I'll just do a ton of jerk/PPs/strict pressing and see what happens. In a variety of rep ranges. When it gets warmer and/or I get heavier KBs, this plan will change. Of course suggestions are welcome from the non-nubs. Or people who train with limited equipment. Burpees are a no go atm, as I'm not going to create a patch of ground that I have to shovel solely to do burpees, though depending on my motivation... I may.

I have not read Aragon's guide to culking, nor have I ground Leangains.com, but where I am at now consists of <3k calories with no regard for macros and eating whenever I want. Some days I just bomb coffee in the morning and don't eat for like 5 hours. I won't sweat this. Then I will refeed surrounding a workout at some point, which will be as much as I can tolerate of carbs/lean protein, since I don't envision myself eating a kilo of rice anytime soon.

As I understand it, you possibly have a chance at getting a KB, and then that's it besides wood/ax and a playground pullup bar or something. I mean wtf can you do with that besides stuff more work in less time? Perhaps consider an online private training session with ash_ketchum where you can get lessons on stretching while getting high and doing yoga so you can squat 275 lbs.

For all who are interested. I have long been espousing a non-linear weight/hotness relationship for wimmenz. Heidi is an example of this. Here she has lost 4 lbs, but she went from "small tummy, deece body otherwise" to "hyachahchahchachahca". A few small lbs can make a large amount of difference especially on more petite women. Now if I could get teh wimmenz to take my years of staring expertise and internalize this fact, the world would be a much better place.
