Why no mayo?

The mayo considerably improves it.

The article somewhat slights it. You typically get a peak at the swatches from the next season in addition to other custom options you may not normally have. Its almost purely dependent on who is doing the show. For example there is a Peter Millar show coming up that has gone from sans Chris Knott to with Chris Knott back to sans Chris Knott. The EU of the show has waxed and waned appropriately. To spare you of the overwhelming ghey that this post contains: It is essentially a brag about my measurements.
This is one of the funnier things I've read all day. Also, I am more of a read-tard than a google-tard.

Meh. Due to having a lot of alone time (not like alone time like "I'm taking a date with myself in the bathroom alone time") you think about ways to improve the EU of your life. And then you realize that many things are very interconnected. I couldn't improve my coffee without buying a grind, getting better sugar, getting better cream and better beans. I may yet attempt to roast my own beans. Like working out so that you look like you work out is typically gonna result in having to buy custom clothes or getting a ton of stuff altered. Its just the way the world is. Regular shirts are made to fit anyone upto fairly obese people. If you sport a 10 inch drop, how are you going to not look like you're wearing the upper body version of parachute pants?

Side Note: I have a blog I know this stuff should be on that instead of here. But it marginally relates. Especially for more petite guys who don't wear stuff that is skin tight since it looks douchey for big dudes, but incredibly douchey for smaller guys.

eh it's still a pretty calorie high meal and I'd prob pick cheese over mayo if I had to choose one of em.

I mean if I could I'd get a triple whopper with cheese and bacon (with mayo), but let's be realistic, calories are just a *little too high

Ah. I thought you were referring to the one where I was like 2k behind pace. Mayo is a great fat for people looking for cals. But its like trying to add more simple sugars to a diet.

so out of boredom, I looked up what I used to have every saturday when I was in middle school:

triple whopper with cheese and bacon (no longer an option), king fries and king coke

If I assume bacon is around 100 cals, total meal cals comes out to be 2k almost exactly. 120 grams of fat (some bacon fat prob around 10)

muhahaha, deliciously evil

oh and in your case, id take the mayo the cheese the fries and maybe some onions rings just to jazz it up a little (but still keep my soda diet )

Yeah, my feelings about basically sugar water is that its 1) bad 2) sometimes necessary. Calories are by far the most important thing in setting up a diet and when I am close to epic failing on that front... Whatev. I'm sure you understand what I'm getting at.

Squats
3x5x195

I need new shoes badly. I was looking at myself in the mirror. It appears my hips are still rolling under. But not really under... Like I move from a pretty solid arch to a essentially neutral position in ATG. Considering my ATG is ~1-2 inches below where I usually squat too... This isn't a huge concern. Keep in mind I'm doing run of the mill athletic squats which are middle of the road.

Press
3x5x105

Clean
5x3x155 + 1

Last two reps were haggard. I just zonked and had poor form and almost missed them.

Chin
3x5xBW

Better than expected.

Note: Did more of that OH walking silliness. Need to work on midline stablization as that is essentially the summation of my future goals. I'll probably end up trying to get my bench over 200ish in the next few weeks and then CFT one day and switch to another program that is more PC oriented. Maybe make a quick push for a 300sq/400dl and see how far off I am.

Nice cleans.

Midline stabilty is the summation of your future goals? Why/what does that mean

PC?

Well a lot of the next set of goals I'm gonna work on are just core intensive and require having midline stability as a strength (OH squats blah blah blah etc etc)

Cleans are ghey.

Did some KB work. I actually made up an absurd goal and stuck with it this time. Sweet low intensity day.

30x Snatch
30x OHS
30x Clean
30x Press
30x Swing

Now I'm in between guzzling water, wishing I had something sugary to drink, crying, and staving off a dehydration headache.

I worked out yesterday.

Hit a bucket of balls today. First time in 6-8 months. Hands are torn up and so are forearms. May do some air squats later.

I weighed 170.4 yesterday. Love handles are sweet. Oh well. Diet has been pretty solid apart from booze. I've gotten these wonderful wheat beers that pack like 200 cals each. Oops?

Brag: I can't get my shirts laundered like other people cause they don't fit the machine. Have to get them hand done

Beat: Possible lie since these people are incompetent. I mean they do work for a cleaners.

Variance: Don't want to go to gym today

Squat
3x5x210

Bench
3x5x165

Dead
1x5x295

Dips
2x8xBW+5

OH Walks
40x30y
50x15y
55x15y

TGU
5x35

Someone link me to some foam roller ****. My gym has one and as of the last week I've been rolling my spine from thoratic up and my upper back. It hurts but I feel mucho better (placebo effect). PNF stretching as well. I feel more flexible, but its hard not to after a semi-vigorous 15 min session.

Squat form was better but still shaky. I need to tighten it up. Changed DL setup to a higher hip position. Very position results. I bent over the deads and had my way with them like a 12 year old girl. Bench is still bench. Two weeks and I'll max it and not care. Maybe I'll do a max BW squat and a CFT day randomly.

Good starts.
Thoracic foam rolling is fun. Some parts are painful as hell (quad/abductor); perhaps even more fun.

I look like a ****** doing foam rolling, but its sweet. I saw one guy who I hate (curling in squat rack) doing front squats with horrid form and at 65 lbs. I was hoping someone would beat him to death.

One day I will have sweet flexibility so I'll look hooger.

Yea. Foam rolling is one of those thing that may look stupid, but I still do (others: external rotator movements, deadlifts from a deficit, rufus complex, etc). It's pretty funny when people see you wincing in pain on a foam roller.

I watched a few minutes of Pavel's Enter the Kettlebell. Amusing and informative. Gotta get back and check it out. Any KB resources you use?

No. Somewhere out there Smiley is laughing about me being any sort of resource with a KB.

Actually there is some deece dragondoor/youtube stuff on doing the snatches. I can actually do both types semi-proficiently, but they still rip up my tender boy hands.

I need to get a captains of crush.

I received a compliment on my... shoulders. While this does kinda help my ego... Its like telling a girl with cankles about her shapely legs. I'd have rather received a comment about my rhomboid development or my hamstring development. Gym time to follow. I feel poorly.

man I love my shoulders because they're naturally wide and just makes me look bigger

a hot girl (like omg I wanna bone her hot) back in the 7th grade told me I had a nice ass... And I'm not going to forget it

Yeah, all the sweet DLs/Squats do pay off for that. I've gotten groped a couple times randomly which was flattering. I just wouldn't put my shoulders down as a strong point of my physique.

today

Squat
3x5x215

Form much better. I tried hard.

Press
3x5x110

Cut down on range of motion. I think I was bringing the bar down to like nipple level which was ******ed. Now I bring it to just below my collar bone.

Clean

5x3x160

So I had better squat form and my cleans get infected with AIDs.

Chins

4x/5x/4x

AIDs.

I did the roller on my IL band thing or whatever that biz is. I think I shed some tears.
