Good riddance to August. Well, I still have almost 3 hours left, but whatever.

Looking forward to this month.

Goals:

- Tweak my TM program and fine tune it to the point where it will work for me for a long time.

- Improve my eating habbits more

- Maintain 195 BW

- WIM

Whole summer sucked so far, but I'm back in school with only 12 credits and eating+napping a ton. I just want to regain some weight (dropped from 212 to 189 accidentally over 3 months, mostly maintained strength) and draw out novice programming as long as possible.

I guess August went OK, ish. Got on the wagon for the last two weeks, been to the gym every 2 days since I started. Sleeping's been alright, though last two nights have slipped.

September goals:
- Work on flexibility
- Post form checks for all lifts with no major issues
- Keep enthusiasm up + don't miss sessions, lots of work away from home to challenge that this month.
- Progress reasonably.

i didnt drink for like 2 weeks and lost 5 lbs and my dl and press went up, tho squat is down. thats not a goal, im just sayin.

Starting September with the following:

weight : 236
BP : 135
S : 155
D : 185 (1rm 205)
P : 95

Goals:

weight: 225ish
BP : 155
S : 185
D : 275 (1rm 300)
P : 115

I've never set goals like this, so I dunno if these are too easy (or for my DL especially way too hard).

More important goal :

- No drinks of any kind except water, protein shakes, teas, coffees, and milk. Way too much liquor recently, time to slow down with a month off.

edit: to add that Booster Juice shakes are also allowed, but I usually just have these as a meal replacement, so not really a drink. I get these pretty rarely anyways.

One out of four might be a pass. Shoulder is a wreck so I couldn't do a great deal about that. Caffeine withdrawal sucks and I'm a pussy. Deadlift went up with some grunting.

well i failed 1) but succeeded with the rest. only mildly disappointed, fully glad i managed 2). think i am leaner at the same weight, but not sure. got some comments on my booty (actual word used), not sure how good this is for a man, but ill take it.

new goals

1) stop working out at home, get into the gym
2) get some eco-volunteering done
3) rid myself of APT once and for all (its way better these days, prob because of aforementioned booty)
4) sort out finances.

5) Spend at least fifteen minutes foam rolling/dynamic stretching before each workout

I think my aug goals were something like:

- get uninjured
- stop training like a tard

Number 1 took a lot longer than expected and i blame that for failing number 2
