I was reading that these big boys go to a secret gym in Kuwait and come out mass monsters. Oxygen gym.

I mean Big Ramy's physique is basically me but add 125lbs of muscle, same height. WTF.

We must pilgramage to this bodybuilding mecca and come back with a quick 20 to 30lbs of muscle and finally get some respect.

My dog is gonna be three this year, cute as ever.

And jacked just like her papa.

I don't think I am ever going to breed her, these dogs have a sad history. But I don't think she is purebred so maybe I will mix her with a Frenchton.

Only twice I think, she slept all night in her crate last night with no accidents. We hit the jackpot. She's definitely smarter than me.

can you lock out a press with that headroom? That's got me worried about getting a basement setup. I haven't measured though.

Nahh I have 7' pleb ceilings in the basement so standing OHP is out. Thanks Monte

Disadvantages of being a tall:
1. Airplane seats
2. Low-ceiling basement gyms

I think I may have gotten to the bottom of LOL's Honeycrisp apple problem. Apparently our normal sources of Honeycrisp apples were out, so in desperation we got some from a different place. They looked a bit different and were a bit smaller than what I am used to.

They tasted like dogshit. If that's what I thought they tasted like I would never go near another one again, let alone put one in my mouth.

I need to find some proper ones stat.

So what's everyone's thoughts/research on the validity of genetic testing and health markers?

I did a test a year ago that said I'm genetically low risk for hypertension, diabetes, obesity,emotional eating, predisposed to be an endurance athlete, at high risk for low testosterone, and some other things. Is this just all made up?
