yeah i guess. mainly egg whites, eggs, oatmeal, vegetables, pork, rice, white bread, 6 cups of black coffee a day, and half a litre of diet coke.

did squats for the 2nd time ever today then almost busted my ass walking home from dinner a few hrs later when I tried to "jump" onto the sidewalk from the street. I have a feeling I'm gonna be sore tomorrow
