ask the people in my Vegas house last summer =) I probably banged these out every night, especially when drinking

They took about a month to develop. When I originally saw them I thought they were completely impossible. I still can't see how I could ever do them even slightly upright.

I still can't do 10 on my left leg.

I'm assuming the back rounding is ok because you don't have heaps of weight putting pressure on the back?

ugh, my weight loss is coming along slowly but my workout today sucked. I don't know if I was so weak because I went to bed the night before at 5:30am because of gears of war 2 but here are the numbers:

Front Squat: 255 x 4 - Dropped 5 lbs from last week and still couldn't get 5 reps

DL: 365 x 4 - Went up 5 lbs from last week, 1 less rep

Standing Military Press: 150 x 3 - wtf? Dropped 5 lbs from last week, same # of reps and it felt REALLY heavy!

Seated Cable Row: 180 x 13 - dropped 1 rep

Incline DB Press: 80s x 10 - Dropped one rep

What I'm going to do is set you up with Jay Cutler's cutting program from last year's Olympia. I think you'll find that these exercises, combined with hydroxycut supplements, will yield the maximum hardcore results you are looking for.

Monday - Delts, Traps, Triceps & Abs:


* Delts Dumbbell Side Laterals 3 sets x 12 reps
* Dumbbell Press 3 sets x 8-12 reps
* Side Lateral Cable 3 sets x 8-12 reps
* Front Raise with Olympic Bar 2 sets x 10 reps
* Bent Over Dumbbell Laterals 3 sets x 10 reps

I can only sometimes do them without falling over on my right leg. Often I keep a single finger resting on a table or against a door jamb just to help with balance. But if I've got that going, I can do 12 at a time for a few sets, or 7 sets of 5 or 5 sets of 7 or whatever. Sometimes more. I've actually stopped doing them for a while so I need to check where I'm at now because I'm probably not up to that level now. Prolly suck extra bad. My left leg is both less strong and has more balance problems.

Interesting situation came up this week. A girl that I have been ****ing recently found my stash of steroids. Obviously being the carring and concerned girl that she is, she promptly destroyed the evil drugs. I called her a cundt and kicked her out of my place...

...moral of the story: hide your **** better and never overestimate the stupidity of a female.

My left leg is noticeably stronger and larger than my right. That's what I get for using that leg for most power one legged takeoffs in tricking.

I've also been dreaming about finding the perfect girl, one who can appreciate my hudge legs and has a sexy pair of her own.

Booked my first PT appointment today.One hour next monday for help in my SS workouts.
The guys a competive powerlifter so should be excellent(i hope)

1)My goals are to finally learn the Power Clean without completely brutalising it.
2)Fix a few niggling lapses in form with my squats
3)Check over my Deadlift,BP,OP just to make sure i'm good.(pretty sure i am)

One of the other PT's said he squats ~200kg / 400lbs how good is that out of curosity?He prob easily weighs less than 90kg / 200lbs.I'm useless as guessing weights.

I'm kinda at a loss of what else to ask him in this hour.Seems a lot of time for very little i need done.Damn salesman

Maybe i have been overestimating my lifting skills somewhat.

I was expecting it to be like"dude do this and this when your squating and thats good"then i do it and i'm doing perfect squats.5min total.

Thought i'd need a ton of time for PC though.Really destroying it.I cry everytime i see myself doing it.

Yeah it's raw.
He's not a big guy either.
