Air born + chicken + 20 hours of sleep (on and off, but in bet the whole day)

Bam, no cold. And everyone had one here.

Yeah it's wikipedia, like I said, less than scholarly. That "study" was in support of vitamin c actually doing something, the fact that it's fabricated/non-existant coupled with a quick glance at numerous pubmed abstracts and a few full texts would still lead me to believe vitamin C doesn't do anything.

Yeah I'm kind of amazed it's still being sold. They had to pay up 23 million in 2008 for false advertising and their product not actually working, yet it's still on the shelves.

What? No. A bit lower but not a lot. And looking up is very much not necessary. He needs to set his back better though instead of just bending down and lifting - not enough force coming from the ass/hamstrings off the floor.

After being super psyched about working up to 4 plates earlier this month I hit a slump this week, hopefully I can recover. 2 consecutive no squat days and the last squat day was pathetic. Will likely put in as much volume on sq. tomorrow. No excuses.

Today;

ate crap but I did

Strange how my first two sets felt ridic. heavy, and I actually failed three sets before I just kicked all the way to 275. First two @ 275 were uncomfortable then the third set I just killed, great form, great speed, easy. So that was good. Rest of sets were good, but trying to go fast caused me to lose the bar forward a bit on some of the reps. Long legs ftl.

Another strange thing, I actually started to feel soreness in my quads during the workout, not really sure what that means.

Did 2 sets of tri ext and bailed.

It means you've been squatting a ******** and for your current conditioning you're beginning to become overtrained. If you took a week deload you'd probably see strength levels improve to where they were at the beginning of December.

But if you're trying to Broz it just means you may be entering the start of the dark times.

Going to the gym now. Programming has turned into freestyle this month. Been eating a lot, gained 5 lbs, approaching 190 now. Not sure how to proceed. Need to reevaluate goals.

I would like to be over 200 with the bf I had at 180.
I'd like to 1rm 400 on squat.
I'd also like my shoulder to heal..
That is a big reason I've not committed to bulking up again. I haven't been satisfied with my other options for upper body.. Pushups, DB, presses..
I dunno... Pre gym rambling. Time to bring the pain.

So much for a deload like u suggested doug. Well see maybe after tonight, haven't had a deload in a long time
