I use a program called VirtualDub to edit my videos real quick before I upload them. You could rotate that 90 degrees easily.

Pretty big win today. No more than 5 minutes between squat sets and maybe 4 on some. After 5 sets some guy was doing some barbell workout with 110's and stick legs dropped the 110's and made some noise so I got pumped and hammered out 5 more. Massive win there. Its called volume day right, might as well.

Assani- I'm sure you can get 365. We'll do some singles in november, and thanks.

mindflayer- Thanks, I had a successful cut and managed to go up in squat #'s. I'm not a beast like some of the dudes around here. I'd like to add some weight though, now that I've seen what I'm capable of, I have a better idea of what my body can handle. I'd like to get bigger. A lot bigger.

If he has an iphone he probably sends the vid straight from his phone to his youtube account. I know that is what I do and I could not be bothered to put it on a computer first for editing.

Updating my log to rat on myself for skipping intensity day this week.

Also ate a bunch of useless carbs late at night(chips dip + crackers) and I slept way too much this weekend.

was gonna do 2x12x225 but my knees were tracking forward and I was getting a little goodmorny, plus the shoulder issue I dont even want to get into. Otherwise I was extremely happy with this. On at least one set I did three reps on one breath, did a few double reps on one breath. They were quick but I didn't lose extension. I saved myself some fatigue I think. Really pleased, after the super fail last time i tried 5x5x305. Shoulder thing makes my want to start doing high bar.

Left shoulder is becoming a problem. Cant do lowbar squats cause the weight causes something in it to get funky.

HBBS is nice, but like when I started LBBS I think its going to be somewhat painful till the part of my upper back where the bar sits adjusts to the weight. Also I cant squat for **** right now. Even the 225 felt heavy. Lots of coffee lately and mediocre diet low protein(no shakes) this week = squat fail. Monday's 5x5x305 might have something to do with it, but I have no idea.

shoulder isn't stopping me from being able to bench heavy but there are moments right when I"m about to raise the bar off my chest where I dont know if my shoulder is gonna go, so I'm cutting bench indefinitely.

Did 5 minutes of alternating 3 widegrip chins, 3 dips and 5 pushups. Srz Biz

pretty exhausting, cant remember sizes of kb's but I maxed out on last sets before moving back down to do 10 reps 2 more times

I haven't been training there, but I will be soon.

Hit a pr record squat last month there and hung out a bunch of times but thats it so far.

its a pain in the ass drive, but Assani and I are gonna make an effort to hit it up in november
