I added some more stuff to my last post about how to solve the problems. Tell the store manager about what you see. It might be just a quick conversation a manager has with somebody to fix that stuff. Hang in there dude. I know what its like being in the trenches.

Terrible session, not sure what happened. I do know my single at the squat felt very loose and wobbly. Might have tweaked my lower back but still continued. My lower erectors were on fire and very still right now. Bench press and OHP overshoot everything. EGO.

Another bad session, might need to count my carbs. Need at least 300g+. Ate a bowl of oatmeal and a breakfast wrap from work before lift. Maybe 75g total carbs.

Bench failed on the 4th rep 237.5lbs. Maybe got it 40% up and would not move.

Friday session was not bad but need to stop going to @10. Think I caught the fatigue and everything feeling heavy now. So bench 232.5 was aiming for a 5 rep, but failed the 5th rep.

Last night wasn’t too bad. Bench feel ok. Maybe by next week the fatigue is gone.

Now my squats have been feeling very weird lately. Unstable and very loose at the hole. Now all this time I was squatting with flat feet shoes. Yesterday I put on my heels for the first time in over 4+ months or so. Less butt wink and feel good. I went flat shoes bc I was forward leaning too much. Then lately felt really bunk winky and unstable after 4 months or so, so now I’m back in the heels. Weird.

Also need need a Loco reunion soon. Been nearly 4 years since I last saw him. Our meets were great. The best part is when we eat. We have epic meals. Also sitting with $10k and betting $300x2 is great.

Now I’ve been watching Too much poker and blackjack lately on YouTube and IG. My algorithm is messed up or something. But it’s all I have been watching. I might deposit a silly $100 or so on bovado to feel these games out.

I run to water fountain for water re-fill. Can u believe there is only 1 fountain in the whole gym?

Also I’m too much on my phone so usually will sit or stand near a rack or bench press for couple minutes before I start. Also need to unrack weight and adjust safety bars from person before.

Ya bro, if I cut down on my phone use, I can maybe get out of gym 15-20 minutes faster I’m guessing. But I am using my RPE Chart and calculator constantly then I get notifications and one thing leads to another….

Tonight might have be one of my best powerful days in a while. Now bench press was feeling good so I went for @10. DL feel really tight also. Was loosy-goosy feeling a couple days back. Might have been the grilled cheese I ate at work. I’ve been eating the bacon sausage wrap all this time. I went with the grilled cheese today. I also been listening to THE WEEKND. It might have been motivation.

A rare off day. Went to see an apartment then ate. Felt tired and weak but for some reason my lift were flying. Only ate a bowl of oatmeal. Maybe I need to lift a couple hours after I wake up.

Lazy to post but training gone well. I think I avg 5 hour sleep but still training. Feels heavy and I can tell if it’s gonna be heavy during warm ups. That’s got to be the worst feeling ever. Like u warming up and already know it gonna be heavy af lol.





Wow so looking at this my back isn’t that rounded. Also the first rep wtf is that bar path…. Moved away from me, then pulled. It has to be the ****** hex plates.
