I think that works to 285 or so using the Wendler formula, which is kind of meh honestly. When I was a fat lard, I was a tick away from putting up 315 and was doing 3x5x270 for worksets, so the cut caused me to lose a fair bit of strength (to say nothing of the fact that I put up 330 as a young buck ~10 years ago).
I'm going to assume that I can keep AMRAPing at 10 or above up to 225, and then will microload with the 1.25 plates from that point until I stall down to 3x5, after which I'll microload individual sets (i.e. from 5x252.5, 2x5x250 to 2x5x252.5, 5x250 the next workout, and so forth). It worked pretty well for me last time.
And yes, I am back to LBBSing, the yearlong experiment with HBBS is over for now.

I actually did tell him towards the end of my workout to stop talking to me during sets; he wandered over during dips and literally waited to start the conversation until I started my set, then did the same thing when I was rowing. He knows I already have a wife to do **** like that to me, so I'm not sure what his problem is.
