MLYLT, I've seen a couple pass by in the last few days but iirc you had some sort of a plan to make a good start, which one did you choose? No ff, egg breakfast, planning dinners?

I think she said she's going to have eggs one day and then two McD's breakfast sandwiches with jelly the other days.

I want to do that, but I freaking ran out of eggs and didn't realize it. I'm out of groceries again. I'll go to the store tonight and get everything prepped and ready for tomorrow. My daughter fell asleep really early last night so I couldn't get out, and I've been in a no energy depressed mood and just laid in bed on my phone all night. I still haven't done my dishes and I'm wearing the same clothes to work as yesterday because I haven't done laundry.

This didn't seem to be a problem when you went out for double nightly dinner a couple of days ago

How do you not realize you ran out of eggs? How do you still not have an alternative to making eggs for breakfast? Today my goal is just to get my **** together. I'm going to get a lot done at work, my laundry done, dishes done and grocery shop. It will be a bonus if I actually go to the gym.

I have to get it together this week, I'm traveling to Memphis all next week for work and I have to get everything at work and home done. Time to just push down all my feelings and pretend I'm in some fantasy land so I can get out of this lazy depressed state.

There's nothing wrong with yogurt. It's not as good as eggs, but it's WAY better than McDonald's. Another yogurt today will be fine until you can get eggs tonight.

You should really just stop with the excuses and embrace eating terrible food because you clearly like that more than you'd like to lose weight. Nothing wrong with that, just no reason to lie about it.
