I just got my biometric screening test down for the hospital. I know the results aren't the best accurate but I'm not sure what everything means and too lazy to look it all up. Feedback would be great.

*headnodwithMrnotsoOrange* Monte is still my gold standard hero for dad with Twins and WIL. Love to see him just all ripped up to really put the jellydicking donut puff pastries to shame at the pool when it's kiddie pool time.

count me in the better at 180 crowd... lats, my bro.. get on the pullups 3-7x a week wave and you'll be set. IDK, but I always see dudes lean as sht but have no lats. even drugged up ones and I just think how is that even possible. then I see the drugged up ones with lats and get irritated lmao.

monte has perhaps the longest oval shaped head i've ever seen

obv he looks better in pic 2, but diff pose, flexed, lighting, etc make it a bit hard to tell.

consider taking pics in the same spot, pose, flexed and unflexed, and ofc same lighting. tho i'm sure you already know all of this.

either way, good work on the cut. how old are you again? mid 30s?

Thanks! I turn 35 in a week, and yes, my head is quite spectacularly Alien queen shaped, unfortunately, but there's not much to be done.

My pic locations/times are limited to those times when the wife isn't around so she won't call me gay for taking topless photos of myself to post on the internet, so I do the best I can.

Busto-

I'm starting to do more pullups and probably will just start doing them as a warm up as well, seems like a good idea.

Monte-

Cutting will prob help out moderately with your alien-like genetics. Do the same pose next time. You should know this, we are nazi's about everything.

EV,

Cutting is going to make my head less long and narrow? loco was right, it really is a cure for everything that ails you!

In all seriousness, the thinner I get, the less fat/narrower my face gets, so the opposite is true. Oh well, I already tricked someone into marrying me, so no big deal; as a bonus, the males in her family have pretty round heads, so the effect seems to have been mitigated somewhat in the minis, thankfully.

Got that right, it is the cure of all fatness. You may still have an alien like shape going on but at least it won't be a fat alien like shape. You tricked her? You make it sound like blackmail lol.

EV,

Continuing this line of discussion is going to lead to (another) long discussion with Yugo about changing my personal ontology and how chivalry is secretly damaging to my self esteem and worldview, so suffice it to say that I married a wonderful woman who has exceeded all of my youthful hopes and expectations about what my married life could or would be, and leave it at that.

Ty, it's definitely my best body part. Grows fast. Might need to decrease some volume actually because it's making my chest look smaller imo.

My forearms are very red, stupid farmers tan going on from police work standing 10 hours outside per shift. As for the orange chicken, I'll have to restock and maybe order some craze too.

Agreed.

I'm riding around in a police car giving out some parking tickets. What would u guys consider to fair - I chalk the car based on how much time they have on the meter I go back at that exact time then how long should i wait before giving out a ticket? Most officers would probably do it right away but I like to hear what anyone deems to be fair.

Legs

- Could only work out for 30-40 mins cause I wanted to catch the new X-Men movie and it was excellent. I would normally have worked out after the movie but I had to wake up the following day at 3am and get to the pd by 4am to run.

- The next few weeks I am definitely going to step up my leg workouts because even Aura is making comments about my leg days. The guy who has a GF who lifts more than him is making fun of my legs, absolutely brutal. Many people with the same pain in their left hip flexor would not even squat but I am a man enough to do it. It was bad enough having loco making remarks and he can barely even deadlift. I should just challenge loco to see who has a better total based on BW going lb for lb but I don't enjoy maxing out anymore. Having said that, I was doing very light weight doing paused squats myself because of my hip flexor but I have a good excuse. Pretty sure it strengthens them. Also, no pump in the video so don't hate.

Paused squats
135x5
155x5 x3

Leg extensions
130x15 x3

Leg curls
90x10
110x10 x2

Lying leg curls
110x10 x3

Macros (fell off protein but not a big deal, this is SUPER low for me)

Someone needs to give this guy a ticket for cutting leg day short. But what is fair? I say if you skip more than 1 planned exercise, ticket time.

I think you should drive around with a big bucket of quarters and add time to expired meters. I doubt I will ever do it, but I always thought it would be a pretty great/funny stunt to follow around a parking meter guy one day and everytime he is about to write a ticket put money in the meter.

That's it, putting in the temp ban until I get my squat numbers up.

It would depend on my mood but you could easily get dismissed. Once I start writing the ticket its official so it doesn't make a difference if you put the money in or not. I could try to get the ticket voided but wouldn't make much sense unless I was friends with the person.
