- Week 3
- Under ate yesterday had to do pre cana and meet with deacon was a bit too much of a religious day. Had to hit up N1H log to return to my normal life of loco telling me he wants to punch me in the face.
- New macros (225/300/65) starting to get lowwww again. Let the abs start developing. I'll prob have to hit sub 160 for abs.

Pre cana experiences are heavily dependent on your church ime; mine was talking to a random old Irish priest for a few hours on a weekend two times. I've had friends that had multiple entire weekend long bootcamps. Pretty sure I wouldn't have made it through the latter, as I'm not at all religious (or Catholic, for that matter) and was just doing it to please the wife.

Thought I read somewhere that caffeine + ephedrine + DMAA is bad mojo because of how they stim the system differently and the combined effect isn't good or something. Too lazy to find the one article I read but a quick google shows I'm not far off.

it's legit for appetite suppression and as a pre-workout. Plus its a diuretic so you look 1-2% leaner when you take it. Just be careful cause it's somewhat addictive and probably bad to take longterm. It's like Adderalls little brother if you've ever taken that.

If you do take it make sure you don't bomb the full 25/200 your first time, start with 12.5/100. I've found that I can't take it within like 8-10 hrs of bedtime or I stay up all night. Even then it definitely lowers my sleep quality some.

Well I goto the gym really early in the morning like 630am-715am start time so should be fine given that but nope never had adderall but appreciate the input. Maybe do it in a few weeks.

I'm so awful with stimulants tho. Can't handle 25mg ephedrine + 200mg caffeine/day at all without becoming a little nutty/heart palpitations. Meanwhile 170lb DYEL fatties are doing 25mg ephedrine+200 caffeine 2-4x/daily.

8mg epehedrine+coffee works pretty damn well for me though.

This coach is beyond awful. Zero gains in 4 years and you go back to this guy?

And look at the workouts 3/21 and 3/22. Lolwat.

The only time you ever made gains on 531, but you lasted only three weeks before crying uncle. How long you last on SS? Two weeks. And thus we have a natty doing a roid workout and getting zero gains. Sad.
