- I failed Today. Didn't puke but almost passed out from heat exhaustion. Calling that close to a win.
- passed out when I got home after taking a shower. I'm so exhausted. Lack of energy everyday now for the last 2 weeks. Dunno what is going on with my body. Intaking like 3k calories a day and doing no cardio. Something is up.
With the exception of this morning, I've been at 165 for the past week. Total of ~4 lbs in 10 weeks. Goal is to gain .50-.75 lbs on average until I hit 185 or so. Problem is that I'm feeling fat already, sigh. Eating close to 400g carbs per day and only 165 lbs lol. Getting a lot stronger though, that feels good at least.

- Went over macros last night. Dinner had 2 cheeseburgers, 2 chicken breasts, at night went out and had beer popcorn and half a pizza. I'll stick to my normal meals today and up my meals starting tomorrow to my new macros.

- Already up to 167 lbs, getting up there in weight. Going to sit at same macros for a while I think, at least another week. Trying to extend this surplus as long as possible. Goal is to keep getting stronger.
- My weight belt was stolen so been doing light deadlifts until I save up some money and get a good one. Prob will save 100-125 bucks for a new one.
- About 80-90 lbs Increase since last time I did Romanian DLs. Getting stronger.
