like a month off my PR, was on pace for a crushing time and the last round took FOREVER as i crashed and burned sorta, oh wells, live and learn. can't have great days everyday but i am getting a bit frustrated with this.
gotta get my eating in order asap but damn my wife is such a great cook.

did a bunch of burpee box jumps and burpee pullups, omg not fun at all.
will do something tomorrow for the board too as this can be like a log for me, lol.

snatched 185 and dropped it right as I started to stand up, tried it again and couldn't even get under it with locked arms (local news: student comatose from weightlifting accident)

He just couldnt stand to see me top of the 2km row

I'll have to do the row sometime when its not at the end of my SS workout. Having said that, i have no idea how im going to lose 40 seconds .

And yeah sorry snitch but i have a feeling if Smiley decides to do the 5k ur time is in trouble.

recovering from a back injury so mainly been swimming/doing squats but this is motivating me to get back on the erg asap.

i won't do a 20 min vid but i will maybe show the aftermath/time/etc. on vid.

will def. do a 500m one though as watching someone (even if it is me) in pain for 90 secs is def. amusing...the funniest part should be seeing the flopping to the ground and moaning upon completion.

set one the desired distances...row ass off...post time.

yeah definitely. last 150 min in 500 and last 750ish in 2k will look like you are going through hell. i am going to ask a friend with an iphone to tape the end as well.

I also enjoy almond butter. I eat it 3-4 times per week. Any particular brand/type you like? Other nut butters you recommend?

i never bench so i am sure you got me on that.
(my max is sub 300 but probably not by too much)
how many dips you got? if it is over 50 please just keep it to yourself.

i grind my own almond butter at local health food store. this should be an option most places and is so much better than store bought anything. speaking of that i should stop over indulging on it. i am a puffy bastard.
