Not sure if I'll make the leaderboard, but these are from yesterday:

Deadlift - 5x335
Press - 5x150

Bodyweight was 210 at the drugstore (lol) today.

It says set it to whatever you want at the start (of this thread) so i'll probably try and keep the drag factor the same to see if i can improve. MIght go to the gym to put up a 2000m score tonight.

Grace 3:10 (PR) but lots left in the tank

started a 100 burpees for time about 5 minutes after Grace was complete with a plan of sub 5 minutes......didn't quite work.....turned it into a tabata like effort after the first 50 i am mentally weak....

5k run today (10/3/09): 28:11

It was a trail run, not flat. I still suck at all things running. Haven't done more than a 400m or 800m run in > 2 months and am fighting off a cold so not that bad.
