Basically a Jump Shrug. Just a barbell Shrug with a jump at the end. Arms remained almost totally straight and bar barely rose.

Saw a female trainer spotting these two guys squatting by standing behind them and interlacing her hands at the bottom of their abs. Kind of like doing the heimlich but with your hands right above the crotch.
The guys then took turns spotting each other like this.

Is this a thing?

You usually cup under the arm pits to the front of the shoulder to have good control

I've seen lots of bodybuilders do those but I'm not a fan

Triple extension probably sport specific and exaggerated.

Saw a guy using the horizontal leg press machine to do chest press the other day.

Some ~25yo hipster-Trainer in my gym with a ~20yo superhot girl, and he actually let her do lying leg-curls, followed by walking lunges and something else, then finished her workout with flat-bench cable flies. Am contemplating to become a fitness-Trainer too, now.

I'd get her to do bent over rows , bent over db reverse fly, bent over kick backs , bent over front raise, donkey calve raises, straight leg deadlifts then finish off with her squatting on my face

I've seen presses done with the 45d leg press, the angle is okay.

But the horizontal? How was he positioned so it was in the right place?

Bro asks for a spot on decline. Says he's going for 8. First can't unrack because he ranked the last set in the low set of pegs and he's just jamming into the top ones. I help him out.

Does 1. Gets pinned on 2nd. Says one more, barely breaks his elbows and says "nope" and I rack it for him.

Sick set.

I did decline for the first time in my life the other day.

Finished my set and wondered why the hell I just did that

Only reason to do decline is if you do incline and no flat, ever. Especially if you do any arch in flat.

I wasn't there but a guy I talk to all the time told me they had an incident the other night. Apparently some guy got wind that another guy in the gym was texting the first guy's wife. Guy number 1 picked up a curl bar and clocked guy number 2 over the head then ran out of the gym.

Speaking of seppuku
Strong bro bench reps

no warmup or spotter since he is very tough
225 x 10 3/4 ROM
275 x 5 1/2 ROM
315 x 5 3/8 ROM
365 x 3 1/4 ROM
415 x 2 3/16 ROM

Wanted to see 465 1/16 ROM but he must have had somewhere to go very quickly as obv he left the bar fully loaded and left.
