Everything is basically 1-hit wonders. Nothing has lasting power.

I think we just demand the latest all the time and discard anything because we tire of it.

There's so few movies and music that I see myself liking in 10 years.

Was doing a RDLs today and this lady (probably late 20s, ok face and body.. must be a NYR) comes up right in front of me during the set and decides to stretch her legs on the preacher curl station. At the bottom ROM my face is literally less than a foot away from her ass and crotch.

All I was trying to run through my head at the time was, "STAY FOCUSED, DAMNIT!"

Girls who don't like that stuff are prob a stay away more often than not.

No, trust me, it's not. The nuttest of the nut low is the worst type of dance music. You know, just a huge beat, some ****face "rapping" on top, holy **** I feel like killing someone when that crap comes on. Ultra mass produced ultra crap intended for the dance floors of the ****tiest discos.

Some ******ed 16-18 year olds at my gym looooove this crap. Last time I was at the gym I just snap changed the music after 2 mins, couldn't stand it anymore. Usually I'd either leave it be or politely ask "do you mind if put on something else?" (no one ever says no), but passive-aggressive death stare felt better this time.

the 24 hr ive been going to has had volume problem, I seriously feel bad for the people that dont bring their own tunes because its wayyy to loud. Its uptempo dance etc and it has to be awkward as f for some people.

I like that neyo hit, but a sampling of some of his other songs left me unsatisfied.

Does look like it might be secondary to some mild hypothyroidism and compromised immune system due to mold in my house, so trying to get that squared away first.

Seems there are lots of horror stories out there: 25-year-old guys with test levels of an 80-year-old being told "herp derp levels within normal range, go away", or getting a one-size-fits-all dose of some crappy gel and then no follow up or help when their E2 levels shoot up along with their test and they feel worse than before + bitch tits.
An update: Doc seems pretty sure at this point I have adrenal fatigue. Got prescribed low dose of hydrocortisone tabs and Armour thyroid tabs, and...test cyp 200mg, yay. First shot is next week, could be interesting times ahead.

so I just discovered this forum. Nice.

Probably already been discussed but for some reason I get really annoyed by people that pace between sets. Like walk back and forth across the gym repeatedly. Or not even across the gym, just in a 20 ft. path right in front of me.

You would probably hate me. I have a fairly decent pacing radius.

Yeah, im pacing back and forth a lot talking to myself pretty often in the gym. Though i do try my best to stay out of other people's way and am generally respectful of people's space

I also kind of rock step back and forth in the 30-60 seconds before I get under the bar for squats when I'm trying to get focused, probably look real ridiculous.

What about an Irish jig? Two days a week I listen to Dropkick Murphy's pandora station and I catch myself doing all sorts of funny business with my feet.

Oh I mouth the words to what I'm listening to a lot, but there's this weird 40ish y old black dude that sings along to whatever's on the radio and dances between sets. That's always entertaining.

Burger King near me has a crazy guy in it at all times. He sits in the corner and sings about whatever is going on around him/in his life.

"Some people just came in,
Probably going to get french fries,
I wish my phone would ring"

It's very disconcerting.
